So, I bought a Matrix screening script signed by Keanu Reeves for $500. Looked on ebay after and it was listed for $400. They canceled my order because out of stock. Website listed 3 days later 5 of them for over $1200 ea. Ebay has the exact same ones listed for $850 each... very shady business practices! Do your due diligence when purchasing.
Received a signed autograph which was shipped in a flimsy 8x10 airmail envelope. The envelope had been creased and creased the photo. I've since sent multiple emails along with photos and have not heard back from anyone. This company DOES NOT RESPOND. This has been going on since mid December. See attached photo. You can see the crease right above his left wrist..
Received my Van Halen 1 autographed album today. It has many flaws (photos attached). I can't believe I paid almost $300 for this. I guess I can just throw it in a drawer. I can't believe anyone would actually sell something like this.
Ordered an autographed knife that was a piece of plastic junk. It was signed but looked cheap. I could by one at a Halloween store for a dollar. My son paid 200$ for this! And for Christmas for his dad which truly disappointed my son. I am angry!
I placed an order on 12/21/21 and paid for next day shipping, it is now 12/28/21 and I have not received any notifications on my order aside from they have taken my money and sent me a receipt. I have tried sending multiple emails about simply getting an update on my order and nothing. I would give 0 stars but it is forcing me to give 1 star.
I was buying something from Australia to send to a friend in the US, which was extremely stressful due to a USPS shipping error. Donna was with me every step of the way, and helped me navigate the situation wonderfully. It was delivered in the end, and I'm very grateful for her assistance.

I had ordered a photo that ended up being unavailable. Cristin, the customer service person was kind and helpful. Even though we weren't able to find a replacement photo, she did everything in her power to ensure my experience was positive by offering alternatives.
I'm very happy with my purchase! When I didn't get a mail regarding the shipping, I asked at the support and Cristin immediately answered me. She told me about the shipping of my items and wanted an update on if they were delivered safely and on time. I felt like she was really interested in my order and wanted to help me in every possible way.
I purchased two autographed items here for $900. Moments later I surfed on Ebay and found the items listed for $500. I immediately purchased the two items from EBay. The next day, Hollywoodmemorabilia.com emailed me that the two items were 'out of stock' and refunded my money. Whew. I caught the flim flam before it was too late. I am not qualifying the quality of their product, just that they are EBay resellers, at a huge mark up.
I contacted customer service to see when my order would ship and Crisitn was a great help! They let me know when my order would ship, arrive and even noticed an error that I made and refunded me a portion of my cost! It was an awesome shopping experience and I look forward to purchasing more memorabilia in the future.
This business rips every single buyer that purchases their products! You can go on eBay and find everything they're selling for less. And yes they are same exact items!

I have ordered several items and everything is as described and amazing! Love this site! All items have been packaged appropriately to avoid damage when my Fedex guy throws them on my porch! I was worried about the last order but both framed pictures were in perfect condition and well wrapped for delivery! Thanks for taking such good care of my items!

This was a great experience because of the customer service provided by Cristin. Without her, this could have been a disaster.
I was very leery about spending alot of money on an autographed photo from the Godfather with out being able to see it and hold it in person. Internet shopping can be dangerous.
If all on-line shopping platforms had a Cristin on their team, the world would be a better place.
Due to a simple ordering glitch, the autographed photo I received was not the one I actually ordered. Fearing the worst, I called customer service. All of my fears were abated when Cristin answered my call. Cristin took total ownership and would not rest until the issue was resolved.
