I ordered a pillowcase myself from Hobby heart and I must say I'm rather impressed with the product and the exceptional customer service. I had my Dakimakura custom and it came out perfect, They are extremely nice and helpful over email and even refunded me something I had accidentally ordered twice. You really feel like family with thier constant revision and care over your orders with consistent replies on email. If you want anime product definitely give hobbyheart a shot, thier prices and quality are unbeatable! Also they mostly specialize in body pillows/cases but they have wallscrolls, shirts and tons of other stuff anime lovers can appreciate!

I ordered a non-custom dakimakura cover and a 3D mousepad. They arrived in one month a week. The owner forgot to send me shipping information, but they replied very courteously on the same day that I inquired about it and sent me the details. Both items are fantastic, I'm smitten with the print quality and the textures.

WARNING!
January 25, 2015

WARNING! Avoid ordering from this site. I have dealt with them twice a few years back and they were great, I've bought 5 pillow cases from them and they were all good quality. I placed an order for 4 products 21 days ago and have recieved no response. I have tried contacting them through all their emails, and through their site and no avail. I also have put in a PayPal claim that is escalated and in 4 days they default on due to failure to respond to contact attempts. While their products are great and their service was really good in the past, I feel as though this company is no longer oppertating but is happy to take money from people who are willing to trust them too much

Horrible customer service. I ordered something from their site and waited, it never arrived and when I contacted them they said they would send it and everything but they never did, they also didn't reply for a while until I opened a paypal claim to try and get my money back but when I thought I was going to get something, so I closed the paypal claim, they just dissapeared again without sending me my product. Needless to say I now can't get my money back thanks to these scumbags.

I have try ebay, amazon for dakimakura... Even the price could be lower and lower, the quality also getting lower... My friend recommend this store to me. And i would say they has the best quality of dakimakura and also a lot of exclusive design. I would recommend it to anyone who are serious dakimakura collectors.

Excellent Product Quality

I just order in 3 Aug, and order with Express. It arrive on my hand on 13 Aug, and i would say the quality is same as official product or even better with their 2 way tricot option.

A great price!

Hobby Heart, (now known as MoeMarket.com) is a really great site to get Dakimakuras at a good price. The print quality is excelent, and even their peach skin material feels silky and inviting. There was a little hiccup that was easily resolved through sending a PayPal Message. Customer service was really dedicated. It was the same person every time, and I don't know if he sleeps, because he would answer my questions usually within hours that were late and night and early into the morning over in China. I quite enjoyed his commitment to making sure I got a quality Dakimakura and was very receptive and co-operative. As for the product itself, it's a top line, well printed product at prices that can't be beat anywhere else on any other site while maintaining the quality they do. While people have had gripes over customer service in the past, and I believe some of those reviews to a certain extent, that was not my experience with this website. As soon as their was an issue, Moe Market moved swiftly to find resolution. They also were there when Canada Post mis-sorted the item and did their best to try and help. The customer service has limits but is not intept by any means, and the product is very good.

I will be buying from this site again, and look forward to doing so. My main advice to you would be to use Pay Pal, as it offers both the Buyer and the Seller more structure and protections. Other then that, expect a good product at an affordable price, discreetly shipped to you. I will be shopping on Moe Market (Hobby Heart) again soon!

Im experiencing the same thing right now, ive ordered something 2 weeks ago, with EMS selected. Got no response to any of my mails. I opened a Paypal conflict now, ill hope i can get my money back. Feeling bad for you that you closed the conflict.

I would definetly say stay away from this shop, at least for a long while.
I bought something from this shop 4 months ago, and received my order, it took them ages to ship it out and tons of mails though. Back then, i always got a response after max. 1-2 days, mostly at the same day, he was actually a kind person, he even shipped out my ems order over DHL, which came in like after 3 days (!). Its shocking that i dont get any response now to all of my mails, even though i selected ems. He doesnt answers on paypal either until now.

I got really concerned where i saw several other posts on a forum where people reported the same problems with this shop (Posts from this october!), that they are waiting months and not getting any answers, and that they got screwed. This shop hasnt been updated in a while also. My personal thoughts are, that he isnt leading the shop right now/anymore. And of course, he is an idiot for not closing the site also, if it is the case.

2 stars, because i made good experiences with the person who used to lead this shop.

Looks like he is gone. Anyway, dont buy from this shop, at least for now.
