And the shipping is even worse!

Looking over their products I noticed they had some Free items... so I put a few of the free items & a Flashlight...
Shipping for all the items was about $60.00...

Totally outrageous! LOL I could have purchased everything I had in my cart-- Locally -- for less than half of what they were asking for the shipping alone!

I wish I'd read this before ordering I too ordered in January 2017 for a piano roll, no product was delivered & no contact from my multiple Facebook messages & emails. I think everyone on here should put in a complaint to Facebook to get their page shut down at least.

IF u feel board this is where u need to shop they have so many things that will make u smile for all kind of ages and holidays is my favorite hobby store and the discount are awesome all year around.

Order seaview 180c full face surface snorkel mask. Receive a mask with a different brand (RKD TM) and colour design in cheap quality. Sooo unacceptable! My another USD35 full face snorkel mask that I bought in HK has a better quality! Please no one do a silly thing like me anymore. Think twice before pay :(

I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews but I do feel the need to share my experience with this site. Ordered night vision binoculars, which took 2 months to arrive. I can live with that but they were not night vision. At all. They were barely functional during the day time. When i politely engaged the site requesting a refund I was rudely rejected.

Ordered remote control flying shark as a Christmas present on 12/19/16 as of 04/13/17 product not delivered & money not refunded. I have sent numerous emails to company requesting product or a full refund. Complete scam!

I share the same experience of paying and not receiving the product ordered. Also no refund of money paid. This is the most dishonest company EVER! After reading all these reviews, I find it curious that something can't be done to make sure this company ceases to STEAL from people. I suggest a class action suit. There seems to be enough victims to make that happen

I ordered items on 12/30/2016 with a promise of delivery in 5-6 weeks. Somehow ordered 2 when I only wanted one. They promised a refund didn't get that, it is 3/17/17 and still nothing. Middle of February I contacted the company that assured me the items were on their way and I haven't heard from them since. I've requested more information on multiple occasions and now they've quit responding. Disputing with my bank.

I ordered the snoring thing last January 2017 and never arrived. They just replied once that it is for dispatch. After that no. More response at all.

They are scammers. This is theft what they are doing. Ill report on facebook.
