Has anyone that ordered the remote control shark or clown fish received their product? or has anyone ever received any feedback from them regarding the orders? and last has anyone else received bogus, non existent tracking numbers for the orders?

Does this company ever deliver their advertised products? or at least respond to emails, messages etc? i spent alot of money for christmas gifts, not delivered, bogus non existent tracking numbers. still no word or response even to my request for a refund. took the money immediately, but no product. isnt that considered theft...
