I will concede they are very easy to use but am frustrated when they say free then charge and you have to cancel your subscription to avoid further charges. Would rather be able to choose from one time fee options than be forced into a subscription

Your format is not user friendly. I had a great deal od difficulty migrating through the program and when I contacted three representatives they were not very helpful and were visibly annoyed with me.

It is false advertising because you are led to believe that the whole process is free only to find out you have to pay before you can download your resume. I also had to do more formatting and deleting because information was in the wrong place even after editing before downloading.

Don't appreciate clicking on something that states free and then being charged at the end. Wouldn't even mind paying the few dollars but you automatically lock us in for long term if we do not respond in 14 days. Just does not seem like a very honest way to do business. Also tried to reach out to your 24/7 support and go a voice mail.

I thought the website was helpful but was not aware there was a fee until the very end. After putting in all of the work, I did not have time to start over on another template. The fee should be indicated sooner in the process especially since this is a site recommended for high school students.

No mention of payment while making the resume, instead we are hit with a paywall. And then you have only a singular method of payment accepted, via credit card. I had to waste 3 days looking for a card that works after trying several.

I thought it was free at first so that was irritating. To do all that work and then basically have no choice but to pay or else it'd be a waste of time, maybe show that at first. However, it was cheap and I'll pray you don't steal my info because I don't want to have to file a report. Overall though, super helpful.

Comprehensible layout, easy to use, but monetization of the product is far too vague. Still unsure if I will be charged another $25 for my single resume after the 14 day trial even if I cancel before, but I suppose I will figure that answer out in about two weeks.

Being upfront about the fact there is a cost to download what you make would be good. I'd be fine with paying a small fee to use this service even on a one-off basis. I do not like being confronted with a price unexpectedly, even if the service is otherwise good, and I will be warning others about this.
Being unable to manually change the font size in the e-mail field so it doesn't line-break would be highly appreciated.

I wanted to fix a mistake and could not get back into section to fix it. Also thought it was a free template until I had worked through the entire thing.
