The services i used were nice besides the inability to actually edit my resume outside of the app. I understand that basically by design but it was annoying. Found templates elsewhere. But its still helpful with possible resume bulletpoints
I think that you should have been more upfront about the pricing before I made the resume. I would have been more likely to feel positive about purchasing and signing up for an annual subscription had I had the information upfront and had the time to think about it as I built the resume. Now I feel that this is a bit dishonest.

I like your product and your designs but you should offer different subscription options. I made a resume once for my mom and now other family are asking for help. Can you offer a a one time purchase or download? I don't do it frequently enough to need a month subscription and I don't want to find another service because your UI and designs are easy to use and match a modern and professional aesthetic.

I was false advertised. My specific key words were free resume templates. I'd give five stars had I known from the beginning that I was paying for a resume I could of done myself and else where for free. The process in making the resume went well. It was made easy for me.

I do not think the layout of the resume is very good. I need something to condense my information instead of making a four page resume. The one I got was something I could have done for free, and honestly, probably better too.

You should tell folks that you charge money to download their resumes on the first screen - NOT after they have spent substantial time to finish and then you surprise them "hey if you want to download your resume, you need to pay!" Pathetic!

There was nothing to let me know--at least I don't think so--that I would be charged in order to save it in an Adobe Format. It's not too expensive--I'll only need it for one day--but I would rather have known.
Also there was a place where it kept capitalizing something even though I kept changing it.

I have discovered a major problem with billing and subscription.
I have found myself with a completely unintended rolling monthly subscription (charged to my credit card) when I consciously paid for a single one-time use on a single day in May 2020. In seeking to correct this problem, I have now found myself with "one month free". I was trying not to be lost to your system while the matter is sorted out. I trust I will not be billed for this "acceptance" while we correct this ongoing unacceptable charge to my credit card. I look forward to speaking with you as soon as possible. Regards, David

The templates made my work easier and also helped with rephrasing words in my work experience column. The fact that you can rename different heading and add sections that suits you is what I love the most. I will recommend anytime.
