The subscription process is weird. It costs 24 dollars a month to. But as an individual use, how many times am I going to make a CV? Maybe a subscription process that allows one CV?

It's hard to move to know if resume and cover letter formatting is cohesive. Also, I want to pick my own colors. Customization is almost non-existent. It's important!

Great service! I didn't know it would cost $2.80 up front. I don't mind it - that's a decent rate for how pretty the resume is - but would be nice to know beforehand. All the same, great service!

Nowhere on the website (where I was looking for FREE templates) does it say that in order to actually use the templates, you have to add your personal credit card information and pay an actual fee. I was simply looking for a free template, and was not looking to be baited and switched. I did not even need my resume to be built, let alone PAY FOR IT AFTER IT WAS FINISHED. You held my resume hostage for my credit card number with NO prior warning that this was the case, after spending enough time that I couldn't just start from scratch.
