Although I think your prices are on the high side, I do believe you get what you pay for. The overall service is excellent! I had to return an item because it did not fit, and within a few days I received a refund and an email noting they had received the item and issued a refund. No questions asked. That's great service. Very satisfied with the other items I purchased and will definitely buy here again.

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered an XL and a 2XL but received two 2XLs. I contacted customer service and they were great. I was mailed the correct size for free along with a mailing label so I could mail back the wrong size garment for free. No hassles and a quick response. I appreciate that. I will order from here again. They have a lot of interesting, hard to find items.

I thought I wrote about this that it was my fault because I didn't do the correct research when ordering my shirt. It was made of rayon and I do not wear it after I did it after the fact because I didn't know what it was. I was just happy to get a shirt like that that I thought wasn't made anymore. I had bypassed everything important to get that shirt. There is nothing wrong per-say, it's just that rayon is not a good product. (Bad consumer product). The shirt, I will keep it as a reminder to myself unless you want it. I hung it up in the closet and that's it! You ppl did no wrong at all! You are innocent! Your company handled things like professionals. It was my fault! Just do research on rayon. It is also used in feminine products.
