... about ordering from this outfit. From reading other reviews appears this is just a slick website designed to extract money from our accounts. Then either charge the accounts or run out PayPal times but never deliver the items. In their defense, I did receive one email pertaining to order problems, covid and lockdowns. No order status, tracking number, nothing to give me any positive feelings that they've done nothing more than charge my credit card and hit me with a foreign transaction fee. I'm not real confident I will ever receive the items.
In March 2020, I placed a large order. When it came, everything included was very high quality and I was pleased. The trousers, valued at $50 were not included in the order. I waited but now it is October and they still have not come. They were paid for and customer service does not respond to my many many emails. I am disappointed because I thought I had found a place for all my replica needs. I can't trust them however, so I will not purchase anything else from them.
I used their made to order service as well as purchased non made to order merchandise October of 2019. I did eventually receive my non made to order goods close to a year latter due to Covid but as to where my made to order merch is is anyone's guess. I do periodically send messages but my last reply in regards to admission on their part to the order was back on 3/4/2020, I have yet to hear a reply back on this. BEWARE! Not worth the trouble do yourself a favor and find a more reputable vendor like Schuster Militaria, their customer service and products are light years from HIKI Shop.
Ordered Japanese winter hat in December haven't gotten it yet! Received the net ordered have contacted them several times no response yet or explanation of where it is.
I ordered 4 clothing items for WW2 reenactment in April. It is now September, and they have refused to respond to the 3 emails I have sent to customer support. They have stolen $275 (US) from me.
