I to return and followed all their instructions. They denied saying I sent to wrong address. This was the address they provided. I sent to Post Falls, Idaho and they now claim I should have sent to North Hills, CA. No mention of CA in instructions. Total rip off. Never buy from this company. Not only are their products crap, their return policy is worse.
G.P.
Shipping on these shoes from Hike web site takes too long for delivery. Ordered on Dec. 2 and still waiting delivery. For this reason I will never order again. PS you have to pay for return shipping and if you can order on tic toc shop and pay less then half price...
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I would give them a zero if possible! I ordered these and not only did they fit poorly, but they are really ugly! I know, some people may not care about the look, but the fit, the material, the design, none were good. On top of that, they advertise that they cover a first return, but tried to convince me by multiple emails to keep the product and get a 50% refund, and then they said I was responsible to cover shipping. So I found a local warehouse of theirs, dropped them off - they weren't set up to give me a receipt so I took a photo of the employee showing him holding the package - and submitted it. It's been over 2 weeks now and haven't heard back. So I reached out and all I've heard is "can you send the file as a pdf" (sent it), then "I can't open it, can you send a screenshot?" (had already sent, but sent again), then "can you send the tracking number?".
I ordered the Caspar Pro in size 11/11.5. I received a shoe that when I tried it on was clearly a size 10. The only size label was on the packaging which said 44, presumably the EU size. If you do a search on EU 44 most sources agree that is 10/10.5, but some claim 11/11.5. Regardless, my feet don't lie when my toes are shoved against the front and I can barely put the shoes on. They are NOT an 11! When I contacted them for an exchange, they said that 44 is 11.5 and that they would not provide a free exchange.
Ordered 2 pair of shoes on 8/30/2024. They were to small width wise. Exchanged for next size up and again same iss as 1st 2 pair. Requested to return for full refund bit this is the message I was sent:
Hi Jana,
We're really sorry to hear that the replacement pair didn't fit as expected. Unfortunately, once a replacement order has been processed, our system is unable to accept refunds or returns for the original purchase. Thank you for your understanding!

Overpriced water shoes made in China. Only good for swimming or walking on flat surfaces. You will feel every pebble/rock/ uneven terrain you step on. I tried to wear them at work(8.5 hour shift) in a restaurant setting, then came home to horrible foot and calf pain.
You can purchase the same quality made shoes from any Chinese website at a fraction of the.cost.
Within 12 hours of ordering I tried to cancel the order after reading negative reviews, but no answer after holding X 30 minutes, then X 20 minutes the second time. I got a response from an email and was told to wait until I received them to contact them again. I received cheap rubber water shoes that I paid $60, down from the $200 original price! What a joke! I am not going to send them back to China and spend more money.
Ordered May 29, June 3, in transit. Email sent asking about delivery date. Re eived a rather dismissive response. " Our delivery depends on our local courier in this case we don't have any exact date when will it be delivered. Don't worry, we guarantee that your package will be delivered to you.

Arrived today, June 25. Not impressed in any fashion. Quality poor, shows every bump and bunion on my feet. After reading previous reviews, I will NOT try to return them!
Good luck.
Hike Footwear is a US based company. Until today, the website listed itself as a WYOMING registered company...it has since changed the info on its website to hide the state(s) in which they are registered to do business...
Name: Hike Future
Registration Nr.: *******
Registered office: On request
No legit company makes it difficult to find out where the company is registered to so business and accepts process etc
The company has a US presence, a NY area code, patriotic Memorial Day advertisements etc. They sell a smelly, shoddy product which they ship from California. They advertise 100 percent guarantee and their website return policy states that you will receive an authorization for return and the customer service rep will then give you the return address...very deceptive...the address you are provided for returns is in CHINA! It costs as much or more than the product costs to send it back. This almost guarantees that no one will return the product...
Can't wear the Hike shoes I ordered on May 27,2024. Emailed them for a RMA number & the return address. They offered a 50% discount. Why would I keep them if they do not offer good foot support? After 6 Emails they sent offers for other shoes or do not reply, but not the info I repeatedly requested.
Do not order the shoes they make my feet hurt they make my knees hurt. It took 4 months for them to arrive and they are junk. Now they want me to pay to return these I tried that before with a scan company like this I paid $40 to return the thing for them never to get my merchandise money back. Don't order from these scam companies.
After ordering and receiving shoes from Hike Footwear, I decided to return them because it triggered my neuropathy instead of helping it. The refund policy in print is to a full refund within 30 days. Through their customer service/return desk, I was offered discounts, replacements, and future discounts, but when it came to getting a refund I was told I had to return them to an "international facility" because they do not have any US facilities. The cost of the return was more than the shoes are worth. They are sleazy and deceitful in their advertisement of this shoe. DO NOT BUY if you think you might return!
I received my pair of Hike-footwear women's barefoot shoes yesterday. The left shoe is smaller than the right! They are unwearable. I called to see if they could just send me another left shoe in the right size. A recording answers the phone then puts you on hold never to answer. Don't buy these shoes. I wish I had read the real reviews before purchasing. I'll try and place a dispute with my card company. Don't buy from this company!
Sketchy company. Awful product. Very damaging to feet. Supposed support is not healing or healthy for feet or injury. Refunds are practically nonexistent
These did not work for me, and Customer Service is not working for me either. Bought these because they said 100% satisfaction with 100% return that's not happening they have offered me 50%. What's up with that
Save your Money People. ITS A SCAM. HIKE FOOTWEAR STOLE 102.00 From my Pockets that I worked for. Customer Service IS A JOKE. HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON HIKE FOOTWEAR
The ads look great and the false reviews all over the internet make the shoes seem like they might actually be ok. Not so much. They feel like water shoes. You know - the ones you get at Walmart before you head to a rocky beach? Those. But these are $70. But they give you another pair...for FREE! Great. Now I have TWO pairs of shoes that don't fit my feet. Well let's just return them. NOT SO FAST! There's no return information in the packaging. No invoice, no nothing. Hhhmmmm. According to the website, you send them an email and IF they decide that a return is acceptable, they'll send you more information. They started out offering to let me keep the original shoes and sending me another pair for free. (So I would have THREE pairs of shoes that don't work?!?). Then they offered me a 30% refund as their "return policy prohibits refunding "half" of a purchase" and I could still keep the shoes. I never asked for the second pair of shoes, nor was I requesting returning ONE shoe of the pair that I did in fact purchase. This company is shady as hell and will obviously NOT stand behind their product as they clearly are struggling to give them away. Steer clear folks.
Awful quality and looks like a uk company. We were asked to return the shoes to China for a refund.
Save your money and buy elsewhere
I purchased a pair of shoes from Hike Footwear and when they arrived I found them to be uncomfortable and cheaply made. The shoes came with a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee so I immediately reached out to the company for return instructions per their policy. They initially responded that they wanted to send me another pair rather than allowing me to return them for a refund. I politely responded that I didn't want another pair of shoes and I wanted to return the ones I had for a refund. Several days after not receiving a response I emailed them again. Still no response after 3 more emails. It is evident that they have no intention of honoring their guarantee so I am out over $80. This company ripped me off and I would recommend that you don't waste your money.
It is terrible doing business with this company. I ordered these shoes for my family. The toes didn't line up with our forefoot & toes. I tried calling, emailing & messaging the company on Facebook well within the 30 day return time. In calling, I tried different times of day. I was on hold at least 30 minutes. I gave up. I tried emailing for return instructions and address as instructed on their website. I finally received a response offering partial refund and still no return address. Now I am stuck with these shoes. There are similar shoes available for a much better price. Boo Hike Footwear.
Answer: Next to impossible. You will be ghosted after they take your money.
Answer: Any Chinese website will have the same quality footwear at a fraction of the price.
