I had no trouble getting ahold of Hike's CS - but getting a straight answer was another issue all together. I went back and forth with CS in 14 emails before I finally gave up. So I guess their strategy worked.

Check out the BBB website for Hike. BBB won't accredit them, and they have 106 complaints regarding returns that are unanswered. BBB rates them an F, which tells you all you might need to know.

Next to impossible. You will be ghosted after they take your money.
