Items were never delivered. Customer service is EXTREMELY poor, rude and unprofessional. Stay away. Highspots is a dump.

I ordered PPV quality long tights and kick pads back on March 15,2019... it's June 18th 2019, still nothing... email response is almost none
Existent. Then Icalled in person and got put on hold for 10 min. Just to be told "since it's ppv quality it takes up to 12 weeks and it varies based off how many other customers he has." My response was "well it's been 14 weeks! And "can i get an update on when I can be expecting it?" And their response was "that was your update!" Lmao so professional

I have made orders with them since the late 90s for various pro-wrestling videos, DVDs, and memorabilia. Always fast and professional.
Every now and then when there has been an issue with an order, they are very helpful and courteous in making sure to make things right. Defective, missing, or damaged DVDs (on the rare times it has happened to me over several dozen orders) are always replaced promptly.

. i have bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from this company through the years. However if you have a problem with dvds that dont work or shirts that dont fit and other things when you email them you will get no response. I must have tried to contact a dozen times and these classless pieces of garbage wont reply. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First issue: items came in smelling like marijuana
Second issue: quality was horrendous
Third issue: the stitching ripped after one match.
I'll never touch this company again.

I'm a regular customer for high spots as they never messed up my order or send unprotected autographs like others I've bought from high spots always gotten my orders right very responsive and nice only issue I had was the leather Kane mask that probably shouldn't of cost what it did really thin leather had small hole in it and the glue on one side of the mouth piece came undone but is fixable other than that one thing no one's perfect I generally like doing business with them and will continue to do so.

My Tag Partner and I ordered custom gear from this place. My Partner spent 250 for a 3 piece. I spent 150 for a one piece. We custom fitted but on all our measurements up above the of the size for example chest is a 50 we gave 51. First night out I had a rip on the seams on the crotch, The side and two rips on shoulder straps. My Partner had rips on the singlet and the trunks. We talked to a local seamstress and she stated that half of the gear was made with a industrial strength machine and the other half with a cheap walmart sewer. My partner called the owner and the owner became argumentative. His solution was for us to send him the singlets and we would get our money back and repaired. The problem is we cant wait four damn weeks to get our $#*! back. We missed a booking because of piss poor quality. Im in the biz to make money not sit on my $#*! to wait for my gear to be made correctly. High spots WAS the best place but they have dropped down. Never again. They also missed out on a ring purchase due to the way how our gear fell apart. Will never touch a high spot product again.

This is the worst website out there. You cannot get any valid response from the people who work there. I was going to buy a product for over $100.00 and they really could care less.
