I can't find any info on how to request shipping. I sent a message to the auction house, will follow up with a phone call.
When an issue happens this site does respond, take responsibility or reaches out the auction's warehouse to do the right thing or back up the customer. Same thing with better business bureau, you are in your own to support and help yourself when the warehouse isn't truthful or fair so be ready for some frustration and dissatisfaction. Some ware house are awesome specially if they sell new thing but most are just trying to sneak broken things

After logging in I found the auction and items I wanted to bid on. I placed my bid and edited till the auction ended to see if I won. Yeah, I got both items I was interested in, now I just have to go pick them up!

Extension was only one min which made it difficult to keep up with Mutiple items closing at the same time. I was unable to get rebids in fast enough on several items.

The whole process was excellent. Loved how I could save my favorites and bid on them as they came up. Logging back on/off was simple as the auction went on. Only wish there was a way to show estimated shipping charges, I'm hesitant to bid on other Hi- bid auctions in other states. Been burned before on huge packing and crating fees on top of shipping.

I really enjoy having access to HiBid auctions. The site is user friendly and I've been able to pinpoint particular items I'm interested in with ease. I've learned that I have to be smart about what I'm bidding on. One time I made the mistake of bidding on something that was used and broken. My loss. If it doesn't say "new" or "unused" be careful. But, even so, I've found a number of items I'm very pleased with and I appreciate the professional way HiBid sets up the auctions. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
