I got a beautiful small china cabinet for $7.50!
I got two pairs of beats headphones off of ruito trading and the one came basically snapped in half and the other came working in proper order except for one of the sides of the headphones just doesn't play sound emailed them and got a response to email the auction house directly and did that still no response. Waiting to get my money back hopefully

The gun i was bidding on quit letting me bid on it. It sold for $185 and I was willing to go higher than that.

I had bid on a few lots that had coins they were auctioning off. It showed 100 available in the lot and I had thought I was bidding on 1 out of the 100. Turns out I had bid $6 a piece for all 100 coins owing $600. Another lot was 200 coins and I had bid $10.50 again thinking it was for 1 out of the 200. I ended up "winning" and owed $6000. I reached out to the auctioneer company, they did give me a break and as a courtesy charged me $150 to cancel the order. I will be super careful on what I am bidding on next. All the other things I have bid on I have had great experiences.

Honestly had my heart set on one item. When buyers with endless money show up and buy something you really wanted it ruins the whole experience!

The pictures were very helpful and the descriptions were valid. Sometimes the remarks helped in a decision; such as: "item could not be verified to work" or "item turned on and appeared to work".

Extremely frustrating website that is poorly run. EVERY TIME I open a new window, Hibid spams me with a pop up to sign up for their mailing list, PROMISING ME THAT THEY WONT SPAM ME... EVERY WINDOW. On top of that, I changed my address almost a year ago and sellers are still shipping to it because Hibid is sending it to them. My old address doesn't exist on my account, but Hibid is still sending it to sellers. All of this and NEVER even a response when I bring it to their attention. BUYER BEWARE!

It is easy to bid on hibid. It is also easy to register to bid. I have bid before and it was great. Never an issue when bidding here.

I was trying to place a bid on item close to closing and it would not accept the bid. This is the first time I experienced this issue. Otherwise, I have enjoyed my experience on the site.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
Answer: Very easy. If you dont get someone immediately they do call back. But once again if you have a problem with items contact the auction house not hibid. Hibid doesn't auction they only provide the platform
