I got the following email from this dental company. When I called I was told that my costs would be 350.00. This email is false. I also had to pressure them they just wanted me to make an appointment. I said no what will it cost me for an exam. 350 is more than a Park Avenue dentist charges. And of course they don't take my insurance. Fake and a mill. I don't even know how they got my email see the following email. Before I had my teeth cleaning and 1 cavity filled in May 2023 at Tend in DC, I checked with the front desk and their website that they accept my aetna dental insurance. Therefore I agreed to get my teeth cleaned and cavity fixed (paid $75 after the insurance for the cavity). November 3rd 2023, Tend sent me an email and said that there is a problem with my federal dental insurance (I have this dental insurance since 1998) and I will be responsible for the bills?! I responded to them that I am not responsible for anything. STAY AWAY FROM TEND - THEY ARE CROOKS!
