Took over 3 weeks for Kobe Bryant shoes to arrive...and they were supposed to have my son's name customized on shoes but that didn't happen after waiting all that time. Wrote to the buyer and no respond. Very disappointing.

These shoes are fake, bootlegs. I tried to get a refund which they do not want to give back, my item took a month to arrive. Item comes from china not virginia and is very poor quality, not air jordans as they claim. The shoes were supposed to have my son's name but that scribble looks nothing like his name.

Would give it 0 stars but can't! Do your research. I'm out $60. They offered 10% off my next purchase. Like I'd give them another dollar. Phone number is not in service. It comes from China. Not Virginia. My 5x7 rug came in a vacuumed sealed bag. It's more like a blanket then any rug I've ever seen

I think the colors are not as dark as they are in pictures but still I think it will be a nice gift! The material used is great quality, better than I expected! Runs small and is not really stretchy so definitely order a size up.

So plush… So warm… So colorful… This blanket is gorgeous. I'm not sure what I expected but this throw is so much more. The high quality was really unexpected for the price. It's a great weight also, it's not too light so it keeps you nice and warm but it's not too heavy either, so it's comfortable on you. Very well made with a wide black edging all the way around.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband and canceled it about 2 1/2 hours later when
I started feeling something was wrong with this site. After I read the reviews I knew I was right to cancel right away. Thank God I used PayPal. After opening my dispute through paypal, I received several emails from heiheiworld advising me to drop my case and then I would get my money back. Their own site states that I will be refunded my $77.90 as long as I cancel my order within 24 hours of placing it. That was 10 days ago and all I've gotten from them are emails stating I will get my money back when I drop my dispute.

Sleeve length is great, I also love the cuffs on the sleeves, very snug on my wrists which I like. The width of the hoodie in the body is also really nice (large size). What I'm not so fond of is the length of the body of the hoodie. It's a little to short, and I'm assuming it will shrink up a bit as well, so I'm afraid it won't fit very well once I wash it. But as of right now, it does fit pretty well and has good warmth!

We finally received the product today. It was ordered on Jan 8. Very poor quality and damaged. I sent an email immediately advising we received damaged product. I received an email response with care instructions for what they call a rug. They advise me this is a velvet material and I should brush the velvet hair in one direction to highlight the design. Did not even address the damage. I have never heard of using velvet material for a rug. RUN DO NOT BUY from this company

I ordered an item but needed to cancel it the same day. Their reply was some crap about "If we cancel your order, we will have to refund you and current whether refund for any reason, we will also be undervalued on the rankings." So basically their rankings are more important than happy and content customers. Do not buy from them.

This company had me wait 4 weeks before I receive my order and once I did the quality of the items were all bad and faded like they were printed on paper. They did not want to give a refund they wanted me to send them pictures when they have a 45-day return policy, pictures don't need to be sent if someone's not happy with the product and want to return it.

I tried to get a princess name printed blanket. Something went wrong and the name didn't go through and even though the name didn't go through the print that was on the blanket was cut off the princess's head like hair or crown whatever it's supposed to be was cut off. I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday but having to go to a different company she won't even have it for her birthday because of the mess up along with that they're not refunding me or doing anything to compensate for their mistake. They want to give me a 20% discount on something else but I don't want anything from these people. Why would I want to buy something from somebody that doesn't even honor their own product. I did go to quilt world and they're doing much better better quality I wish I went there first.
Just be cautious they do not do refunds and they do not honor their product. I don't normally go out of my way to write a bad review cuz I understand that not everybody has the same experience. But I do want to save the person where people don't honor their product as you can see each item is messed up and I offered to send the product back but they would not even send me a label or even work with me in any way. So be cautious thanks

The blanket is beautiful, with the picture perfectly printed. It's perfect for opening up and very soft. Very good communication with the seller, it was sent very fast

This was exactly what I wanted and love the quality of the rugs and shower curtain...it looks beautiful in the bathroom I put it in and delivery was quick!

I ordered my product on Jan 1st. I contacted them on Jan 18th and on the 20th they contacted me stating my product was delivered in CT and I live here in GA! WTH! Im mad as hell and Im contacting the BBB.

Ordered a Seattle Mairners quilt which Hei Hei World led me to believe was being handmade. Received a mass produced blanket with some cheezy top-stitching. The colors were not as advertised. They promote themselves as a US company in VA. But everything ships from China. The phone number does not work and I've read the address is fake too. I paid a higher price because I really thought I was getting a better qualty quilt. They have some good reviews on their site that I believe now are fake. What a joke, the packaging, carring case and quilt were also damaged during shipping. Won't order from them again.

Package arrived earlier than expected. It looks fantastic, lots of friends ask where I got them. Good service, good price!

When I came across this hoodie, I was skeptical. I thought it looked too good to be true! I was worried that this would be a low quality hoodie that was super small and paper thin with faded colors. I was convinced that the seller was trying to deceive me as I have had horrible experiences with other clothing I had purchased from asian manufacturers in the past, but I was so wrong.I ordered a medium and it fits great, Just like a medium should.The material is quite nice in my opinion. It is not as thin as a t-shirt but also not as thick as most winter hoodies are. I knew from reading other reviews that this wasn't going to be a thick hoodie that I would wear to keep me warm, so I bought it as something to wear in summer/spring in Chicago.The main reason I purchased this hoodie was the awesome graphics and the bright, vibrant colors. The colors are amazing in person and the graphics are spot on as well.Overall, this hoodie was a great buy. It is just as described and identical to the picture shown. Every worry I had was eliminated as soon as I put this hoodie on, and I would encourage anyone considering buying this hoodie to get it.

The shoes are awesome. It came quicker than expected with the wait time. They supported me also quickly.

My daughter is a CRAZY mickey fan. Her room just lacks a bathroom set and is full of wonderful mickey sets.
She was very happy to receive this birthday gift.

Material is good. Quality is good. And it's a lot bigger than expected... Love it in my office… I'll buy more
