I was exchanging my heat press because the new one I bought did not work properly. Customer service was horrible. They did not return my email when they said they would. They did not call me back when they said they would.

I received my heat press with the switch in the 'on' position. Not a big deal, since I assumed it had been tested; however, it did not work once plugged in (and I had to tighten the plug into the machine). There was no heat and the computer/temp screen did not come on. I troubleshooter after reading the instructions. Still nothing. Since both of those parts were not working, I chose to open the back and investigate. Both of those components were unplugged...as noted by the diagram in the booklet. I plugged them back in and everything was then working. Note: either those components became unplugged during transport or they were not plugged back in after testing.

Very happy with my new heat press. It was delivered promptly and packaged very securely.
I was cautious about ordering this press because it was a bit expensive when compared to others on Amazon but it is very sturdy and closes, locks and opens with less effort than those other appear to require (as seen on YouTube). Plus it has the pull out drawer which makes all the difference to me.
I would buy this press from HPN again!
