Heatpress Nation does a great job of packing for their shipping. It is the best so far that I have seen accross vendors. However, cost of shipping and time that it takes to arrive makes it difficult to order needed products. I can order from Amazon or JDS Industries at cheaper rates for shipping and receive items within two days. This makes production for our company faster and my clients happy.
Lower shipping charges, faster shipping options, and free shipping if buying more would make the products much more worth the purchase.
Great options, the first product delivered was damaged. I made the claim and they immediately responded with quick delivery of a replacement.

There were some mistakes communication with my order and express shipping but one customer service rep in particular handled it beautifully and the matter was fixed and my express shipping cost was refunded to me. I wrote a review specifically mentioning him. I don't remember his name at the time of writing this feedback.

I ordered a sawgrass 400 and heat press via the website. Received confirmation and shipping notification pretty quickly. Delivery day came and I only received the printer. Checked shipping notification and both products were listed and to be delivered the same day. Contacted HPN and after talking with several people I was told the heat press I ordered was on back order and it would be several months before restock. No one could tell me why I hadn't been notified of this. I couldn't go months without a press so I was a little upset. After several call backs to check on the status of results - at the recommendation of the cs agent I spoke with - they had a small shipment due to arrive soon and would get my shipment out. They followed up via email and phone to let me know it was being shipped. So in the end I received my press just several weeks later. I will saw the cs I spoke with was courteous and helpful and in the end saved HPN from me cancelling my order. Both products have been great and were just what I wanted.
I am happy with the products and their quality. Having difficulty with the Heat transfer paper, hopefully I can get the support I need to be able to print t shirts.
