I haven't used any of the items I purchased yet so I can't really answer as of yet.

Website was easy to navigate. Videos, reviews, and questions help when deciding which to purchase.
Merchandise arrived on time.
Heat press was easy to set up.
We have used both the main press (for shirts) and the hat press.
Both worked flawlessly and were much easier to swap back and forth than our old press.

There were two of the same issue with receiving the wrong size twice, but Jerry P. Took care of the issue and provided great customer support.

Shipping was good. Prices were good. Product and selection was great!
