I loved shopping on here. Everything you need to know is all laid out for you to read and/or watch a video on. I am extremely excited to receive this and to be able to share my review on this item. I love that it's made in the USA and I was more than willing to spend the extra to have it made in my home!

Item wasn't in stock but really wanted this model heat press. I was updated throughout the process and offered to change my order to a different model that was in stock. The customer service representative was informative about the difference in the models. I decided to wait for my original order and it actually arrived very quickly! One night I received shipping confirmation and tried to check the status. It said no information available yet. The next morning it was on my front porch! Great experience and the press works great!
