I wish there was one larger size element for the universal mug press. Subbing insulated coolers that need 10 3/4" wrap.
I needed the vinyl for an order that was due later that week, i was impressed & pleased & RELEIVED with how fast it arrived so that i could complete my order.
Love my CraftPro. Easy to handle, no loud continuous beeping, and the plate slides out making it easier to center shirts. Best part was the fast shipping. My original heatpress went out so I was super happy with how quickly the new one was delivered.
Heat Press Nation has been a great company to work with. I created a spreadsheet with about 8 different companies on it and their prices on the same/comparable items to find the company that offers the best prices in general. HPN won over all of them. There were more better priced items in their spreadsheet column than any other company! I placed my order with them and have been very happy with PRICE and SERVICE!

Had a website glitch/error around shipping prices on my initial that was promptly ignored when I tried to bring it up with the customer service team.
The minor problems with the press I mentioned in my review were not deal breaking, but are not ideal either.

How its shipped is a different story. Cost and length of time getting here, could improve.
I ship out goods trying to keep expenses low, my cost are less, and reach destination in 2 or 3 days.

Good shipping and packaging, when press arrived there was a minor tweak that needed to made and I was able to call and give a description of issue, they sent me a video and it was a 5 min fix up and running...great customer service
