Very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased this press as a last minute add on to an order. I like the fact that is a hat press and a label press as I used the flat platens to press HTV onto ribbons. I only wish that the clamp worked with visors which is why I needed this.

It's fast and prices are excellent.

Other than the cap press I bought ( which is almost useless... not worth the money. I'm surprised you offer it.) my experience with HPN has been great.

I received an order that was missing a roll of htv. I contacted customer service and received my missing order within a couple of days. Great service.

Good processing of order. Med. Photo slate higher price than most others. Would liked to have a one stop place to purchase supplies but you need to get better prices on photo slates.

I ordered dark and white garment photo transfers. I specifically bought a inkjet printer and I am still having trouble with them transferring correctly and the dark transfers start to break off before the transfer. I contacted customer service and it still has not been corrected.

I always find what I need at Heatpressnation. Even more importantly, I receive my order as fast I need it! Watch out Amazon!
