I was disappointed that it took so long to receive product. I called the company to see what the turn around tie was and I was told it would ship in 5-7 days. I called customer service to see why it was taking so long and I was told that the product was on back order. I never received any communication that the product was on back order before I called customer service. I should have been notified at time of purchase so I could have possibly ordered something that was in stock.
Pretty straight forward website. Checkout was only delayed as I am new to the hobby so had to research a bit to make sure I was getting the right thing. Slightly more 'new user friendly' descriptions would be lovely.

I did receive the heat press. It's a way better option that what I had before. It arrived on time but it did arrive banged up, with some paint chips I don't know if it was from shipping but if I knew it was going to be damaged I would of ordered the refurbished press for less.

Very easy and time-efficient, good quality product. The price is better than most competitors. Several of our other suppliers have dropped the colored mugs. This is very important for us to get these mugs as we have built a clientele on color. Shipping is reasonable and they pack in a way that we get minimal breakage. We are very happy.

I originally thought I hadn't received all of my items. Apparently they were shipped inside the printer. I wasn't aware as I didn't open the printer as I felt I didn't need it until the other items arrived. After calling, to my surprise I learned I had them all along! Now I'm excited.
