Your return process is TERRIBLE! I had to email to request a return. It took days and then when I did get a response I still didn't get info needed so had to respond back. The item was defective yet I was SUPPOSE to be charged a restocking fee plus pay for return shipping which fine on shipping but I don't feel like a restocking fee is right when item is defective. I get it if someone just doesn't want the item. But it was defective! That isn't my problem that is company issue, and quality control when it was shipped. Thanks
Easy online ordering and fast delivery
I ordered and it was out of stock so I had to wait almost a month I have the black series 16x20 and I love that and even tho I like this design cause of the sliding drawer my other press gets hotter for all the money I don't know why it's not getting hot or pressing evenly
Great customer service and product. The delivery time was slow, but at no fault of Heatpressnation. Fedex held the package at the warehouse for one week and was not helpful. However, Heatpressnation followed up to make it right.

Got exactly what I was expecting. Fast shipping
Some material has described with a size like 12 or 15 inches and comes short for half inch 11.5 and 14.5 half inch on the machine is a lot lets say in my machine a regular 15 comes to 14.25 ready to cut because of the rollers and bleed if the material comes short I will have only 13 inches only to cut instead of 14.25.
I already email about this before but I didn't get and answer.
