I love heat press nation their customer service is amazing. The issue i had this order that i haven't had before was All of the easisubli sheets were cut at crooked angles. Still useable but harder to line up
Although this Heat Press cost a little more than I wanted to spend it was worth every penny. It is well made and I love the features of the slide out drawer and auto open. The heat is distributed evenly but tends run warmer than temperature indicator when tested with heat gun. I haven't had to use the customer service department yet with any issues but if I do I'm hoping they are just as great.

I have put the teflon covers on my heat press but i have not used them on the cleaner yet

Just started making tshirts and am looking forward to using this heat press. It's construction is solid and it fires up so quickly. I can't speak to much else as we just received it last week...
