My experience with HeatPressNation.com has been excellent thus far. My heat press arrived exactly as expected, and the instructions & CD were clear and easy to use. The machine seems to work perfectly.

The webpage shows all types of vinyl so it is easy to choose what I need quickly.

Shipping prices were available before checkout so choosing between companies to buy from is made easier also.

Great prices, free shipping over 34.95. However, it took quite awhile to receive the order. Most places I order from, I receive the product within a couple of days. When waiting for the materials to fill orders, I would think twice before ordering from here again, or at least just order from here to replenish often-used supplies.

My ordered has not been delivered yet. It's scheduled for today. I purchased 5 items on the 31st of march and o my 2 are scheduled for delivery today. The other 3 items I was told won't be here until next wed. The delivery time is definitely lacking since the first of this year which will make me look into other companies that can deliver faster.

Too long shipping time. When I called, the solution was unacceptable. But a manager called me later that afternoon and did everything in his power to keep me as a customer and make me happy. He came through for me. He has definitely made me think about remaining a customer with HeatPressNation.

My husband ordered a gift for me for Christmas and didnt realize we didnt change our mailing address. When I contacted customer service I was informed it was my fault and I needed to go track it down at a strangers house. Not safe in todays world. Thank goodness i knew and old neighbor that met the person. Not impressed after spending hundreds with your company.

Heat Press Nation's customer service went above and beyond to help me receive my order, even though there was miscommunication involving email, they then called me to set things straight. It was refreshing.

Love the customer service as well as the packaging and the ease of shipping. They sent out tracking numbers and each item arrived as expected. This is my second large purchase with them and I will continue to shop with this company for my future sublimation and heat press needs. Highly recommend.

Why sell and advertise something that is 10' in height when it's not? No one measures this or someone cuts it out and says 'oh this is close enough'. Too good of a price to go to another supplier. I will have to tell all my clients I can make anything 10x11 because it's not 10 inches.

The first press I received was broken and had to be replaced. I would recommend that even if you don't plan to use your press right away, take it out of the box and make sure it's intact and works. I learned that the hard way and it was almost too late. Otherwise, it came very well packaged. I finally got to the right person to help me and everything was good from there.

Great product! It was on back order so it took a while to come in but once the factory received the product they were very fast with getting it shipped out to me the next day to be exact! I upgraded from a amazon heat press and I would highly recommend saving up and getting this heat press its worth the extra money for the quality its a very heavy and well built heat press!

Heat Press Nation is an amazing company. The prices are great and delivery is super fast. I am so pleased with this company. HTV used to come rolled with tape and it teared off some of the vinyl/glitter. They listened to reviews and now they come shipped flat with cardboard to avoid creasing. It's perfect. Thank you for always improving your products and customer experience!

I only wish I had tracking information mailed to me sooner and wasn't kept on hold for 45 min- an answering machine to leave a message with a call back number would have been much less frustrating.
I am very happy with orca products and glad that I could purchase them and that they came in a timely manner and boxes are in excellent condition.

Upgraded shipping to got the press before the weekend only to find out it still wouldent be here until Monday why even offer it if ups won't deliver on Saturday? Also to top it all off the package required a adult signature when both me and my wife work all week and could only pick it up at the main ups hub an hour away

Received my heat press- was packaged great once unpacked no damage all was great. Was missing a rubber foot piece for the bottom. Called customer service and they said they would send out- still waiting on that piece. Overall experience has been great so far. Love my heat press!

Delivery time was fast. Heatpress was sold as refurbished with cosmetic defects, but it looked brand new. Heatpress works well and is lightweight and portable. Dye in blue pad can slightly transfer with first dozen or so presses so careful with that if you doing white.

I felt shipping was a bit expensive. The heat press alone was pricey. Your company should offer something like spend $200 and get free shipping on products. I spent $369 before taxes and shipping plus I purchased the extra 1 year warranty. Then add shipping to that. It's pricey.
