I docked 3 stars because there was not a shipping confirmation on the order. I live in a decent area, so nothing happened to packages, but I would much rather have known they were arriving so that I could be there for the delivery.
Quick and easy ordering process. I was surprised to receive my press the next day. I unpacked the press and went straight to work. Love the item counter feature. Very satisfied at this point. The auto open function is awesome as well. Thank you.

Very easy to apply for credit from heat press nation. The machine is wonderful, contacted customer service for technical support, they could not assist. I am still waiting for a call back from sawgrass.
Their CS is awesome,they are willing to answer questions and help any way they can,and even though I had a bump in the road on my way to purchasing my heat press,they kept me informed and my heat press is here and hard at work.definitely recommend them.
The heat press worked and heated up fast alot faster than those cheap brandless ones. The instructions it comes with will get you very far, as far as temperature and press times of plenty of vinyl and materials. I would recommend this, or the signature, because the auto open is nice I'm sure, but both do their job well
I didn't have any issues with the service, delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The best part of the entire experience is that Heat Press Nation shipped to Alaska and didn't charge me a shipping fee almost equal to the cost of the heat press. To me that meant more than anyone will ever understand, because I am working on starting a custom design business for my retirement in 3 years. It started out rough not be able to get the type of press I needed but thata to this company I am on my way. Oh the press is heavy it's industrial so don't rely to lift it out of the box alone.
I appreciated the holiday sale on HTV and stocked up on a few colors. While shipping was free, it does seem to take longer than other vendors I've used. My order took a full week to be delivered from CA to TN.
Chat was helpful...looking forward to getting my heat press on! The customer service is superb. Had a problem with the colors but they got me going and stayed on the phone until everything was where it needed to be. Customer service alone is what makes this the place to buy from...plus they have quality products!
Was disappointment product did not come with ink or small amount of paper to get started. Instruction were good for setup. No instruction for the mug press, which is diappointing, and having issues learning to set temp and time.
Allie was a great help in picking the best model! She sent me pictures of the items directly so I could see how well things opened, especially on the swing away models. She was patient with my numerous questions. And after receiving my products, support was great in getting me the correct instructions for the model of heat press I had ordered.
I love heat press nation their customer service is amazing. The issue i had this order that i haven't had before was All of the easisubli sheets were cut at crooked angles. Still useable but harder to line up
Everything was great, except the delivery time. I have purchased from heatpressnation before and this was the first time that an order took too long to arrive. They always ship quickly, everything arrives in 4-7 days, but this time it took more than 3 weeks. When we called, they gave us no explanation and still took long to ship. The item did arrive, but it was too late. Quality is great and price is reasonable. I don't know what happened with the delivery time.
Not all items were shipped in the first shipment, nor was it indicated when ordering there was a back order on vinyl items but it did show back order on a stand. The second shipment although was only delayed a few days. Not sure about the Great Cut software. When loading it said I needed a voucher code. I am still looking for that in the documentation and emails from Heat Press Nation. I know they will help quickly but I am installing in the middle of the night so I cant call yet.
Due to the recent storm I was willing to wait an extra day or two, but a week and half later I have only received a SMALL portion of my order and am still waiting on the rest. Not happy and my business is suffering. Contemplating refund to go elsewhere.
Shipping was a little slow but I did like the fact of verifying the order and payment method. Good security protocol! Arrival took forever and the cutter carriage had come off track during shipping but HPN's support department was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing the issue. An overall good experience for a first time shopper with HPN. I will be shopping there again.
All the reps at HPN are so friendly and informative! Have a question just give them a call, I can guarantee they've got an answer. They are quick with ordering in store and the guys in will-call get you on your way even quicker! Ordering online is a breeze as well.

The website would not let me login into my account. I had all 33 items in cart and tried to log in and it deleted my entire order. Very frustrating. Other than that prices are great. My package was opened when I received my order. Shipping was very slow on this order. 6 days for shipping is forever when past orders I receive the order in 2 days.
