This company is a scam. Not only are their sizes rubbish but their customer service is FAKE. I've tried filling out a claim because the XL shirts I got fit like smalls and each time the claim like gives me an error message. When I try to email customer service they tell me to use the claim link THAT DOESN'T WORK! This company is fake, a scam, and not plus size friendly, BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a tee shirt and it came with no return information. I contacted the seller and asked if they would send a larger size as the one they sent me was too small. I never heard from them. I then contacted Capital One and they removed the charge but then after an "investigation" they put the charge back on stating that this scam company does not accept returns. Well, they never mentioned that in their ads. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Hear Our Voice. And I also will be cancelling Capital One for taking their side. Who buys anything without the ability to return it if it doesn't fit. I never wanted my money back, I just wanted a larger size.

I ordered a t-shirt from Hear Our Voice company, and the quality was not good. There are white streaks on the design. I reached out to them for a "replacement" and was first told the product "met their campaign expectations and that it would not refund my money. Mind you; I just wanted to exchange it.

I sent a follow-up email and received this response from the company...

We sincerely apologize for the trouble this has caused you! Based on our policies, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for your order. However, we do see that the product you received does not match our high-quality standards.

In the interest of customer satisfaction, we would like to offer a 20% refund to your account. Please let us know if you accept this resolution so we can assist you as soon as possible. We look forward to improving your experience.

Even after admitting the quality was NOT good, they refuse to replace or fully refund the damaged product.

They claim to not offer refunds/exchanges, however, on their website it clearly states they do.

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand and dropship products, replacements or refunds are provided only if the product is defective or materially different from the description on its respective site.
You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.

I ordered a t shirt that faded so badly after one wash in cold water it was illegible. After three attempts to contact the support team, I finally was instructed to file a claim. The claim could not be filed because it was outside of the 14 day limit. Since the shirt was not washed immediately after receipt and given that it took 7 days to hear from support, I totally missed the window for return of a defective shirt. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I believe that the bag I paid $29.00 is of very poor quality and your return policy is that you don't accept returns which is not acceptable. The bag is thin, the stitching in the interior is not finished, as if the interior would not be noticable, it is cheap cheap cheap.

The shirts I ordered from this website arrived quickly and looked great. The quality was astonishing and the sizing was accurate. I would recommend this website to everyone.

I ordered a sweatshirt with a saying on it and it has been processed very quickly. However, I received 2 further emails the next day from the company saying I had left the item in my cart. I went back and purchased it only to receive 2 more emails of that ilk. I checked my account, which had been charged twice. They refused to cancel the order and on day 3 have already shipped both sweatshirts.

Does anyone bother to check these signs before they send them out? My yard sign says "women's rights is human rights". Seriously? It's a really nice sign, but who wrote it? Now I have to fix it.

I am truly ticked off. I ordered 4 T-shirts from Hear Our Voice, all Be Supreme shirts representing the Supreme Court women. One arrived. I've tried contacting the company by e-mail and then phone (false # for the company). The first e-mail was answered immediately, and I was told the other three were shipped separately. I followed the tracking for a couple of weeks, but then that disappeared. I contacted DHL and was told the order was canceled. The next three/four emails I sent were not acknowledged.
I see they're advertised on Amazon. Don't be scammed, as I was.

First time ordering t-shirts from hearourvoicestore and I was a bit skeptical but when I received the delivery all the items were of exceptional quality. Will definitely order again.
