As a recently new Ostomy patient, I came across this site when I was in a pinch. Had what I needed at a great price, and shipped extremely fast to my door with standard shipping. Already made my second purchase from them.
They pretend they sell you something they don't really have in stock, charge you for shipping, send one item out of several with all items listed on the invoice and then a month later want you to review the items you had never received. Nobody ever picks up the phone, one obnoxious person responding to your emails always offering to cancel the order but keeping the money for pretty expensive shipping. Horrible service! Oh, and the order number on the invoice is not the same that the actual order number!
You ordered products that were marked 'Out of Stock' on our website. At your request, we cancelled these items from your order. You were only charged shipping for the item that you did not cancel.
I have had the pleasure of being a Healthy Kin Customer for several years. I am not technically savvy at 88 years, but Dan Brown has been very helpful to me several times. The products I have ordered are received as described, with quick service and well packaged. I have always been informed of any delays or partial deliveries. So when the customer pays $80 for overnight shipping on a product I cannot just be bought at a normal store and you reach out to cancel the product because when you paid overnight shipping for a different company they actually " over night shipped it ". The order was still in the warehouse, it did NOTleave and they refused to let us cancel the order.
You placed your order on 8/26 at 11:51 PM. This is obviously past our cutoff time of 1 PM EST as stated on our website. You attempted to cancel your order while it was too far along in the processing stage. Your order shipped on 8/27 and was delivered on 8/28 as promised.
There was an issue with delivery of an order I had placed. I reached out to Healthy Kin with my concern. I received a prompt response from Dan. He sent out a replacement order. In the interim, I received the initial order. They were very kind, and told me to keep the replacement order vs. returning it. I will definitely be ordering from Healthy Kin in the future. Thank you!
I did many hours of research for this best medical supply company in 2007 after my son was paralyzed in a car wreck. It was a new to our family as was all the supplies we would need to provide the best care for my son. I place multiple orders a year with Healtykin and as long as they are in business they will have mine and I will continue to share their information to everyone I meet that will also be needed a company they can trust and county on. Hands down one of the Best out there.

Now that the Corona Vius is going on I happened to run across this site by chance. I ordered something and it arrived on time I had a tracking number and received my delivery. And their pretty reasonable price considering what's going on right. I ordered some Clorox germicidal bleach for my partner which I've never seen in a regular store and sure enough she received it so yes I would recommend this site to a friend
I purchased the PDI See Clear Lens Cleaning Wipes because they were advertised to eliminate the fogging up of ones glasses. That is not the case! My glasses fog up just as much with these cleaning wipes as the much cheaper brands. I was truly disappointed with my purchase... and I purchased three boxes of these wipes! They are great for cleaning ones glasses, but don't prevent the fogging issue.
My company ordered a rolling shower chair, once received we assembled to realize it was the wrong size. When we inquired about the different size we were told by * that this product was not available in that size. After discussion with the manufacturer it indeed is. We requested return information. The product was new and never used. After assembly we had thrown the original box away thus had to repackage for the return in a different box. We received a message today that * is refusing our credit because the product was not it new condition which is a flat out lie, it was never used. We will never do business with this company again and I am disputing the charge.

Finish Line DME obviously does not mind selling used medical equipment. We don't sell used equipment. James Buck from Finish Line DME received the product exactly as described on our website. Bath safety products are non-returnable. We made an exception for them and they sent back a chair that was obviously used and we could never resell. As a courtesy we also resent the product back to them at our expense.
I placed an on 6/21/2020 today is July 2nd and have yet received my order. The company has sent my order two times and both times the order has been returned back to sender because it's so damaged due to poor packing. I have requested a refund but was told no and that the company is attempting to send out my order again for a third time. I will never order from this company again. After I posted this review in retailation the company went on google and gave my company a bad review and emailed me this " Thanks for the 1 star review. We just left a 1 star review for your business as well. If you want it removed, you'll have to remove yours.

While we're sorry UPS damaged your order twice (not due to poor packaging), you attempted to cancel the 3rd attempt after it had shipped. We did all we could to get your order to you as promised, yet you still decided to leave several negative reviews. Healthy Kin has great cardio equipment at extremely reasonable prices. I also found some nutritional supplements to try and love that they have a variety of itmes for my lifestyle. Shipping is fast and depends upon the weight of the order.
Although I was notified that my HealthyKin order had arrived in my mailbox, it wasn't there when I checked 20 minutes later. The tracking became difficult because both UPS and USPS were involved and I, being ill and lacking the energy to pursue it, just gave up. However when I received a request to review the product, I shared my story with HealthyKin and was sent another one immediately, without my asking.
I have ordered several items from HealthKin and have been very pleased with the products and the quick delivery. Everything has arrived within 2 days and in good shape. I especially appreciated that all liquids were packaged in nice zip style bags. Things such as lotion could leak from air pressure changes brought on from altitude changes. There haven't been any leaks, but if there had been any leaks would have been contained within the bags.
