Do Not buy from this company. Do not do business with this company ( if it really is a company) First of all despite the fancy webpage and 800 number, it is a foreign company. My credit card was charged a foreign transaction fee. They also don't respond to complaint emails on their website's "contact customer service email page" I sent 2 and never received a response.
Now to the really bad part.
I ordered an LED projector on December 29th 2014. I was told it would be shipped the same day or the next day and I would receive a tracking number. After 8 days with no tracking number received, I called the company and was told it was shipped without a tracking number and it was scheduled to be delivered to my house the next day. I waited another week and no package came. I called again and was told it must be lost and they would ship another one the next day. After another week with no package I called again. I was told they discovered it was out of stock when they told me it would be sent, but it had just came back in stock and would ship it the next day. After another week with no package I called again. I was told they wanted to investigate why the very first package was not received. I told them to cancel my order. I was told I would receive a refund on my credit card in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks with no refund, I called again. They said they sent the refund to the wrong credit card number and would send it again to the correct credit card. It has now been another week and still no refund. I am turning it in to my credit card company as suspected fraud.
I had a great experience with the company! All of my questions were answered personally and to my satisfaction!

Took about two weeks to receive product after them saying they sent the package twice via Priority Mail. Completely ignores certain questions asked. Wouldn't provide a tracking number, and when the package finally came, it had a tracking number and it turns out they never even shipped it until a couple days after they said they sent it out. On top of that, the projector is beyond crappy. HD Projector World is a terrible company.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order a projector from these ripoff guys. I took a chance against all of the other bad reviews because a friend was actually lucky enough to actually receive a device from them and it seemed good. But, 5 months later, they are still waiting on their case and accessories that were promised. I placed my order, my card was immediately charged, and I started calling them 2 weeks later asking for updates. I got excuse after excuse. At one point, I was even given a UPS tracking number, but UPS was NEVER given a package for the label they generated. Then, I asked for a refund. After 30 days of excuses as to why the refund hadn't been processed, I had to dispute the charge through my card provider. HDProjectorWorld then promised me a free Pro 9 unit for the trouble. 2 months later, all I'm getting are email excuses and no unit. Every week, I get a "guarantee" that I will have the unit next week. Now, they are saying, but you got a refund. NOT THE POINT. YOU offered the free unit. YOU never sent it just like you NEVER sent the original order. Buyers, run for you life. This has to the the WORST company on the planet! I wish this site would let me give a ZERO star rating.
As for the response from the company, below, yes, I did get a full refund in the end, but NOT because the company did what they where supposed to do and provide the requested refund, I got it because I have a credit card company that protects my purchases and THEY - THE CREDIT CARD ISSUER made sure that my money was refunded. I urge you all to try to find the so called great reviews. I can't.

I know that it looks like a great deal... but RUN, don't walk... away from this company!
After 3 months of waiting for a replacement bulb, I was finally able to speak to a manager yesterday and I simply asked him if this company is just completely mismanaged or if they had been outright lying to my face for the past 2 months. He then greatly apologized and promised that I would be emailed a tracking number by the next day. 2 days later and I am now told the same thing, tracking number by tomorrow. We have been without the main projector in our sanctuary since April 20th. We had the same issues when we purchased the projectors.
Save yourself months of frustration and pay a real company a little more!
It is now JANUARY 27TH and I would like to provide an update. The order that we received was actually half of our order without the promised $100 refund for our inconvenience. I have been contacted 5 times since James W's post, always to ask the same question, "what was my order number?" I provided this information 3 times and then finally forwarded them the original receipt on December 10th so that they would have all information that may be necessary to complete this 9 month long transaction.
6 weeks later... still no bulb or refund.
My original assessment of this company stands. I will provide an update when the order is actually filled.

I purchased a PROSeries12 from HDProjector World 3yrs ago and now my lamp has finally died. I ordered a new lamp on Aug. 20th, 2015 and did not receive my lamp. Today is Sept. 11th, 2015. I received an email from John on Aug. 31,2015 stating that they did not ship my order on the day I ordered it and that he would give me a 1 year warranty for free and that my lamp should be arriving on Sept. 1st. On Sept. 10th@ 3:10pm I spoke with David who stated that I should have my lamp by now... REALLY DUDE is that all the customer care skills you have? I guess so because he stated that they can ship another one out and I will have to wait for it to arrive. He did not apologize or even offer to ship it overnight. NOPE, nothing even though I asked was that all that can be done because my husband had planned for a month to have a FOOTBALL PARTY AT THE HOUSE this weekend. Lesson learned never do business with an off brand company who could care less about their customers, who buy merch from them instead of the real brands who show the customers that the money they spend is highly appreciated. If you buy from this company you will be stuck dealing with the terrible customer service that they offer because you cant purchase the parts for their projectors anywhere else or you will just have to suck it up and go to BEST BUY or some other known company. DON'T DO IT.
The buyer, "Duane M." bought a replacement bulb on August 20,2015.
He received the bulb in the middle of September, or about 3 weeks after he purchased the bulb.
The bulb is a special order item, so we needed to special order it from the BULB supplier.

If you purchase our projectors, the bulbs themselves have a 30 day warranty, so that if they burn out within that time period, we would ship you a replacement bulb. Our projectors carry a 1 year warranty and the bulbs have a 30 day warranty.
