I live 80 miles from shopping. Online has to be my store.
1. Product was not shipped when promised
2. Repeated questions resulted in promises not delivered
3. Credit card charge was processed, they said it was shipped but couldn't provide tracking number
4. Product was not received, refund not given as promised
5. Reported to credit card company
