Brought 63 " tv with 5 yr warranty now have problems cannot get in touch with any one. Any help on a contact?

Ordered a Samsung UNB8000 for a price that seemed to good to be true. A driver arrived 4 days later - paid COD and when I opened the box, it was a 6000 series model. Tried to get them to switch the TV but now they tell me the one I want is suddenly out of stock and they do not take returns - all of this with no warranty.

The best way to describe them bate and switch, also send damaged products then not back it up, just a lot promises and ex-uses worst experience i have ever had

Hdhut is nothing but a scam. I will never do business with them again! I'm still waiting for my refund of $100.00 which should have been received 4 months ago!
They don't tell the truth. Mark Lawson has told me 12 times that the refund is enroute.

This company lies to their customer by falsely advertising and saying they have no control over it. They advertise that everything they have is in stock and will be shipped in 24 hours. I ordered a Samsung LCD and almost 3 months later I had to cancel my order because it was still on back order and I never received it. Long story short, I asked why they continued to advertise a product as still in stock when I had been waiting almost 3 months. They said they had no control over changing the content of their website. What company doesn't have control over their website? They lied to me via email, website, and over the phone on numerous occasions. This company is not to be trusted.

I made an online order of a 52 inch Sharp TV on a Saturday because of the advertised lower price. Called them on Monday to confirm the order. I was promised on the phone that the order is confirmed.
Nothing happened for a couple of days so I called back again. I was told that my order was cancelled. I told them that I didn't cancel the order. The C/S guy looked up something and came back to say that the order is not cancelled but the TV is on backorder now. I pointed out their web status says it is in stock. He said there was nothing he could do. So I asked about how long I had to wait. He said he didn't know. At that point, I cancelled the order. A total waste of my time. They had no intention to sell the TV as far as I can tell. The worst online site and customer service I have ever encountered. I'm staying away from this site and advise others do the same.

I should have looked here first, DON"T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
2010 Mid-August: I see their website w/ the best price for a Samsung LED TV w/ promotional wall mount & cleaning kit included. No taxes, no shipping. Webpage still up on 8/31.
9/1 - I ordered it w/ delivery promised by 9/22 because Samsung wasn't providing supply for my area over the holidays. First they said the mount didn't apply, but conceded my point & added it to my order.
Mid-October: Called multiple times. First told they got a broken shipment & other excuses indicating it was on backorder.
10/29: Cancelled, but they promised to send no charge, a set of HDMI cables. Very nice...
11/9: Fulfillment Center (probably the guy sitting next to the one I was talking to) says the order was help up because they noticed there was no charge for the product. I was told it would be released & I should receive in a few days.
11/18: I was told it would be reprocessed! (what happened to the original process?). I called again to talk to Mark who seemed nice (although others on this website confirm he's a lier) but was given someone by the name of Keith. He played some kind of game with me to make sure I remembered his name - who cares about his name! I just want my cables, but doubt they'll be shipped to me.
Happy Ending: I shopped somewhere else & got my TV -3- days after I cancelled here, for a total of $20 more!

We ordered a big screen Samsung 3D plasma TV from HDHut via nextag pulling it as the best deal. We also ordered 2 blu ray players at that time. The TV was sopposed to come with a free wall mount kit (which it did) and a free cleaning kit (which never came). The shipping was advertised as free, but we paid $129.99 for expedited 3-7 day shipping. With the expedited shipping, came free cables. Which we paid for at a deeply discounted price, because, of course, the cables we needed were not included in the free ones. We paid $35 for the cables for the second blu ray- I gave them a description of the TV it was going with and they said that that was the cable I needed. We did not recieve a confirmation email for a number of days, which they sent to us only after a couple phone calls to them. There was some 5% fee, that I still am unsure what it was for.

We were anticipating tracking info. I called a few more times and got a bit of a run around. The TV finally shipped out days after we were soppossed to have it at our house via the expedited shipping we paid extra for. To our surprise, when it arrived, it was only the TV. The other items arrived individually over a matter of a month and a half. When we finally recieved our secondary blu ray player, the $35 cable was not the right cable. By this point though, we were so tired of dealing with them, that we just threw it in a cupboard.

It seems to me that they are not a store and have no inventory. I believe that they are a drop shipper (they order the products when you order, at a very cut rate, charge you a little extra, and profit from the difference of the two). In the end (I think at least) we did end up saving a minimal amount, but they were definitely misleading and did not come through on any promises they made.

I decided that the least they could do is give me a refund for the $35 cable they recommended that was not correct. When I called them, for the umteenth time since originally placing the order, I asked to have them send me a shipping label so I could return the unopened cable to them for a refund in exchange for the fact that nothing arrived expedited or even close. They recommended that I keep the cable, and that they would just refund the $129.99 that we paid for the expedited shipping- stating that they just wanted us to be a satisfied customer. Of course, days went by and no credit was made to my account. I called repeatedly and repeatedly received bogous excuses about how it had been done, wouldn't go through, ect. Then I was told to send a paypal request and they would refund my money that way. 3 weeks later, and many paypal request reminders later, and more phone calls, I'm pretty sure that I am never going to recieve that money. I really need to thank them though, since my bank account ended up short with multiple bank charges (my bag, but it was based on the belief that that that money was going to be credited to my account-silly me).
