I should have looked here first, DON"T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
2010 Mid-August: I see their website w/ the best price for a Samsung LED TV w/ promotional wall mount & cleaning kit included. No taxes, no shipping. Webpage still up on 8/31.
9/1 - I ordered it w/ delivery promised by 9/22 because Samsung wasn't providing supply for my area over the holidays. First they said the mount didn't apply, but conceded my point & added it to my order.
Mid-October: Called multiple times. First told they got a broken shipment & other excuses indicating it was on backorder.
10/29: Cancelled, but they promised to send no charge, a set of HDMI cables. Very nice...
11/9: Fulfillment Center (probably the guy sitting next to the one I was talking to) says the order was help up because they noticed there was no charge for the product. I was told it would be released & I should receive in a few days.
11/18: I was told it would be reprocessed! (what happened to the original process?). I called again to talk to Mark who seemed nice (although others on this website confirm he's a lier) but was given someone by the name of Keith. He played some kind of game with me to make sure I remembered his name - who cares about his name! I just want my cables, but doubt they'll be shipped to me.
Happy Ending: I shopped somewhere else & got my TV -3- days after I cancelled here, for a total of $20 more!
