I saw the reviews here AFTER I placed my order for a PS3 controller. I emailed and requested cancellation of my order. Two hours later, they replied back to my email saying it had already shipped. A few minutes after that, I received an email with a tracking number (which was incomplete, so I was unable to track it).
Received the controller today. Definitely counterfeit. There are easy ways to determine if you got a fake or not, even without opening the package:
1. The "O" in Sony on the upper left corner of the package will look off. At first glance it looks OK, but it won't look right if you give it a second look.
2. There is a controller logo on the right hand side of the package. There is supposed to be black to white gradient showing on the logo, but it won't look right. This was the first indicator I noticed right away when I received the package.
Please stay away from this website and guy. This is a grade A scam. They sale fake products that dont much the descripition on the website. The guys voice mail box is full. No wonder. And he hasnt responded to any of my emails. The prices are to good to be true because its a lie. He likes to make up fake email address and send u some sort of a fake email comfirmation. So stay away. This guy is going to jail really soon
Well my boyfriend ordered a sega saturn controller and it said it was in stock. So when we got it, it was a different sega controller. He called the guy and said he didnt have any in stock and just sent that one anyway. We sent the item back and requested a refund a week ago and still no refund in the bank! I think this is a complete SCAM! NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered season three of Castle. It looked legit when I got it... problem is none of the dvds actually worked. My computer said that they were all blank. Their prices are so good because it's too good to be true.
Never shop with them.
Ordered a "new" playstation 3 controller because it was the best deal I could find. It came in a box that seemed unopened, but was suspiciously easy to open for that kind of packaging (you know the kind... the kind you usually need a knife and ten minutes to break into). When I started playing, the right controller was making a springy sound (loose spring?) and the movement was completely wrong. Sent an email; they say they give full refunds, so waiting on that, although I'll have to pay shipping on the return, so I'm still out some money. Enough reason for me to recommend staying away from the site.
It has now been well over 10 business days since first placing my order, thats 10 business days mind you, I haven't counted weekends or holiday. The item has yet to arrive. I'm not even sure they sent it as they will not give me any proof of shipping such as a tracking number.
First, the website is not very fancy and I was hesitant to even order but desperation overtook as this was one of the only site that had a discontinued game I was looking for. I ordered... seemed to go through without a problem. Shipping stated 5-7 days. I kind of forgot about with the busy-ness of the holidays and checked back and my order was cancelled. No email was sent or phone call made- just cancelled. I am very picky about customer service and do not return to any business when there's is poor and at this time of year it very important to step it up.
Purchased a bunch of videogames from them on Sears.com. Not only did they not send me anything I ordered but they tried to send me books with signature confirmation to a different address on my street to try and prove they sent something if I complained. Had to get my credit card involved to get my money back after 3 months... STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR away from them
Terrible. Ordered breaking bad. It's definitely a bootlegged copy. Called and some ni**er answered. Figures... 1 star for sending me something resembling what I ordered, in a timely manner.
I ordered a PS3 controller, when received, it did not work. Contacted business and they said to mail it back. I did (and had to pay for the shipping back. BS). I received another controller that also did not work. Tried to contact the business, but they did not respond. BUYER BEWARE... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!"
If I could give ZERO stars I would, this site is a SCAM, I ordered a PS3 DualShock and what I received was a FAKE KNOCK OFF controller. THIS SITE IS A SCAM PUSHING BOOTLEG MERCHANDISE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS

They took my money and not only didn't ship the product but so far haven't responded to my phone calls.
I ordered a game from here called Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor and the game they sent me was a fake(i had this verified), plus it took longer to shipped than the shipping preference I picked and payed extra for(might have been USPS fault but I'm angry about the game so I am going to blame them) DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE, not even a T-shirt I bet you they will get a fruit of loom shirt and spray paint it and but a different label on it.
