BUYERS BEWARE! THIS WEBSITE "HARVBOOKS.COM" IS A SCAM! My personal experience with this merchant is... I ordered two PS3 controllers that were described as BRAND NEW SONY FACTORY SEALED DUAL SHOCK 3 WIRELESS BLUETOOTH CONTROLLERS. What I received was two fake knockoffs, no name junk controllers. And it took twice the time to receive my order. Also, it arrived in an Amazon box with an Amazon shipping label on the box. I tried contacting the merchant several times but he refuses to comply with sending the CORRECT ITEMS or do anything to make things right. Basically he is ignoring all my emails. This merchant has numerous reviews basically stating the exact same thing from other people who have been scammed. I wish I'd done more research on this site before making my purchase and getting ripped off and hosed by this pathetic excuse for an online business. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm going to post as many complaints and BUYERS BEWARE reviews as I can, as many places as I can.

I ordered a Box Set of the complete series of the TV show "Alias." The description said "Brand new, factory sealed Authentic USA Release DVD Box Set." Instead of shipping the boxed set to me, they ordered individual seasons from different vendors on Amazon and had those mailed to me. Not the same thing at all. They did not contact me to let me know what was going on. After I contacted them several times by e-mail, I finally got through by phone and the guy who answered confirmed what he had done and said that he had received all of my e-mails, he had just not replied yet. Some of these e-mails were sent more than a week before. He said that if I returned the individual seasons to him, he would refund my money. I returned them two weeks ago and am still awaiting my refund. I am about to dispute the credit card charges with my bank, but even if they reverse the charges, I am still out $17.75 for return shipping costs, and the birthday present that I was planning on surprising my wife with did not materialize.

BTW, the Box Set for Alias is still advertised in-stock on their website...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!
