I'm not an expert at, well, almost anything, but certainly not razors, though I've used one for decades. So short and simple: the company is a delight to deal with; the ordering process is easy; the price is fair; the shaver is sturdy and well-made; and the blades work. I've had zero problems with ordering, shipping, or the product. So, in my view--this is a perfect consumer experience.
Orders come quickly. Blades are sharp for 30 plus uses. Handles have good weight and balance. Price is right. My gal really likes her new Flamingo women's razor. Same as above plus no nicks to date. Nice job all!
Once again Harry's contacts me for a review and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. Could go to Walmart and get it right now if I didn't have time to wait on the recurring prepayment and shipping. Good thing I am not desperate for a shave right now!

Harrys has amazingly good razors and shaving products. Having sensitive skin, I was worried about using them. Now I will never go back to store bought.
I receive my orders on time, they're exactly what I want, it's easy to change my order if I desire and they don't continually bother me with inane advertising on how to shave parts that a man shouldn't be shaving or other annoying tidbits of worthless information.
I began using Harry's a couple of years ago, and love their service. I found the proper schedule for my re-orders, and the blades and shaving cream arrive right on time, with no hassle. In addition, the blades are the best blades I have ever used, and the shaving cream is also of very high quality for someone with sensitive skin. They always drop me an email notifying me an order is coming up, and they offer additional, or new products, if desired. This is helpful if I am running low on a product, or if I want to try anew products such as the after shaving balm.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
