With so many great products adding a Harry's subscription to the mix has really simplified my life! New blades are delivered like clockwork and I always get the opportunity to add on to my order before it ships.
I have been very happy with my Harry's razor for several years! Great handle, well constructed, metal connection (not plastic - won't break) over an awesome orange handle that I love. 8 blades show up about every 2 months, I can adjust delivery if I need to all for about the price I would by for 5 blades.
Man this razor sucks. First shave OK, by the third shave there was no sharpness left and I had to go over the same spot 8 or 9 times which caused serious redness. I actually threw away the remaining blade and want back to disposable Gillette products. One of the worst consumer products I purchased in 2017.
I just received this for a Christmas present. At first it appears very nice and the weight is perfect. Till you actually use it. The blades were so dull. The razor didn't cut your hair it ripped it out like a cheap dollar store razor. Your face is worth more than that. I would love to get any money back. I will never shave with it again. Just a big scam.
Very poor shaver, trimmer on blades is blunt and poor and cuts skin when used. The main blades blunt in a week of use compared to leading brands that last a month. The design clogs and needs rinsing after each stroke. Cheaply made cheap to buy but lasts less than half the time actually making them at least twice as expenses as leading brands. Tested them for two months, far more cuts and i wont buy them again.
These blades are as good quality as their price, which is low. I used "the other company" for years - yes - Gillette. I would shave with the Harry's blades, brand new, and be left with stubble. I shaved with my Gillette fusion last night and it still feels like I just shaved - over 24 hours later. Harry's blades are the worst blades I have ever used. Not worth it at all. You will have to use 5 times as many blades as Gillette, and even then you won't get a close shave. Terrible
Oh yeah, and I've never cut myself more with any blade. These are absolute $#*!
We're truly sorry to hear that it didn't work out for you. Sometimes it just takes a little time to adjust to the differences in a new system: it often really helps to experiment with the angle at which you're holding the blade and the amount of pressure you're using (too much or too little). However, we also understand that at the end of the day you've got to use the blade that's best for you.
Harry's is a relatively new, progressive company with excellent marketing and great products to back up the hype. I find the blades to be excellent and get a week's usage them. I also use their shave cream, which I find to be better than anything I've tried in the category. I wondered why the company did not offer women's razors and products, but I see they have been hard at work behind the scenes and recently launched a separate company to address those needs. I have a subscription plan and both of my teenage boys use their products as well.
I've been use it Harry's blades for a few years and they're awesome.

I'm a full head shaver, and I shave it every single day.
One blade is good for a few weeks, so I even have some in reserve now.
The delivery is like clockwork, and I live in Hawaii, where you cannot be further away from Harry's than me.

These new products for me demonstrate Harry's commitment to total quality -- the products are excellent, the order and shipping service superior, and my satisfaction explodes with each delivery. The title says it all! The website makes it easy to schedule replacement blades, body wash, etc. And if the next order is coming too soon it's easy to reschedule (delay) the order to match your needs! No pressure to buy anything just a simple presentation of what's available and the rest is easy!
Also, the Harry's blades last a reasonable number of shaves but I also found them much easier to keep clean (rinse) during the shaving process. The brand name blades seem to clog up more easily and are then difficult to clear of shaving matter.
I have been using Harry's products for the past few years, and I can't say enough good things about them. The ease of changing a subscription or adding some last minute items to a box is easy as can be, and the price is great too.
I love Harry's. I went through almost every other online razor service and once I tried Harry's I knew they were the one. With their easy $5 trial, I gave them a shot just like I had done many other services, but one I got the product I could immediately tell that the quality was in a league of its own. Plus I am a guy with a lot of facial hair so when I use a razor it is really put to the test. I am A Harry's member for life. For me there is no other. Give them a shot you will see.
The blades last! I am getting 4 months worth of shaving with each order. The foam gel is great as well. No skin irritation, no odor, and it only takes a small amount to do the job.
Can't beat the price, the convenience, or the reliability.
I stopped purchasing blades from Gillette two years ago and never looked back, quality and price were an issue. I have a heavy beard, was getting 3 or 4 days at best, now I get a week and a half. I complained to Gillette and they blew me off. Some young snot wanted to give me instructions on how to shave. REALLY. I am a Harry's customer and will never go back. My last order I purchased six bars of your soap and have introduced my wife to your products.
As a head shaver, I have to say Harry's blades seem to last forever. The shave closer with less nicks and no razor bumps. The "other" brand razors, I'd be changing them out every 2-3 uses. With Harry's blades, this is easily doubled and then some!
First and foremost, you can see the grind lines on the razors edge, which with any good razor company these have to be mirrored edges to get a smooth shave. I haven't cut myself shaving in years, and today I used harry's thinking it's a name i recognize, but its absolute $#*! as i cut myself 5 times in the span of 5 minutes... Not surprised by the reviews at all, all that say its good are fake and this $#*! is not made in Germany...

I've been a avid Harry's Fan for years. Not only quality products are sold, but great advice as well. For example I never knew that you should let the shaving cream, once applied you should let it sit for two minutes on your face and soak into your beard. First time I did that with Harry's razor and blade, I experienced the best shave ever! Thanks to your wonderful product line, I will remain a Harry's customer for years to come. Started using Harry's almost five years ago, always get a reminder that my next pack of blades are on the way, very convenient! But the shaving experience is the most important part, I can always count on the smoothest shave, rarely a nick, and the razor just glides against the skin. Great product!
I have been using Harry's products for a few months now. The blades are great, as is the shaving cream. I have also tried some of the lotions and am equally satisfied with them. Just started using the post shave mist. It is a quick and refreshing way to refresh your face after shaving or just as a quick refresher anytime.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
