Razors delivered to my house that shaves my face. It's not like you reinvented anything or discovered a cure. The product is good and your marketing fabulous. But come on... there just razors, that I can now by at Target. Do even save money with mail order anymore.
I just cut back on my orders as I have so many blades already and I also have a second order for my teenage son who only shaved once a week at best. Keep up the great work!

I've been with Harry's since the beginning... of Harry's, not The Universe. But the Universe did change just a bit when I started using Harry's blades and related gear. It got smoother, and nicer and gosh darn it, just gooder. Sharted shaving my head after losing a bet. And, Harry's made it smooth and nice. Stopped shaving my face tho, but no, no, no neck beard. And, trust Harry's to take care of things--mostly whiskers--there too. I do stop shaving at the top of my collarbone, so unclear as to the efficacy of da blades down below. Ciao ciao.
You may need a "check-up... from the neck-up"... if you are still paying ungodly prices for replacement blades for your razors! I have been using Harry's to supply me with shaving supplies for 2 years... saved enough money to buy a new car! (Not Really... but it feels that way).

I've been suing Harry's for over a year now. Great shave and I don't have to remember to order extra supplies as they arrive into my mailbox on schedule. Very friendly and quick customer support too (if you ever have to contact them)
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
