The payments section is simply awful. You need to enter a refrence number, which is different from trhe statement and different again from paying through Allpay. Nowhere on this page does it tell you where to get the number I tried to make a payment this mrning and got System busy try again in a few minutes. Click on erro r text below - there is no error text belo.
