Hardware and Tools is the only place I've been able to find this screen door insert. Lowes advertises the insert at a higher price, but they do not have the product available in the store or in the warehouse. Thanks H&T for a win win.

A bit confusing on checkout, but I figured it out
This survey program seems to not be working correctly. Over all I give a four out of five star for most of the questions a five star for delivery time. I was hoping the inner area of the steel rings would have been smooth where welded as the welding area at the seam is rough for some of the rope that is threaded through the rings. But your price was fair when looking at the overall market price for similar rings. You had the inner diameter sizes I needed where a couple other sites did. I would recommend you to anyone I know who is working with rope slings, etc.

Just one issue. I never receive my order *******, the tracking said that was delivered on the mailbox but never find it I have to buy it again hopping this new order ******* arrives correctly
It was very easy to navigate to the exact item I was looking to purchase. I could easily see what any discounts would be as well as the shipping. I do sometimes browse the site and am amazed at all the cool stuff. This was just a great shopping experience.
Customer service called me to make sure that the color was ok with me since it was different than what was in the catalogue. I appreciate that. It didn't' make a difference, but it enhanced my shopping experience to know that they took the trouble. It was not an expensive purchase and they could have just sent it on, but they took the time to CARE.

My negative concerns are that I received an email from you telling me to phone you to give further info before the order could be fulfilled. I did phone many time and left voicemail, but never had a call back or further email. I therefore tried to cancel the order. Then I received an email that the order could not be cancelled because it was already shipped. That is all really disorganized and made me think you are a scam company & I was ready to report you to District Attorney. Then the package arrived the next day. What is up with you guys?
One order got dropped from a computer glitch. Took a while to sort out what happened and get the order shipped. Once that happened, the order was received in just two days.

I've been using this site for about two years. I love shopping here for some obscure things I need. But, the new site doesn't seem to return search all the search results. It would be nice to see a full list of search results to peruse products.

I am so happy I was able to find the product I needed where no one locally carried this item. The better part was the price I paid. Very reasonably price for what the product is. I wish there were more customer reviews. I was going to purchase a socket set with this order, but wanted a better idea of the quality. Not knowing the brand reputation and only finding lukewarm reviews on Amazon, I decided not to buy. The other product that I did order was outstanding, excellent quality and a great price.

2nd order placed (identical products as my 1st order). Arrived quickly but package was badly damaged! 3 of the 8 items were paint damaged (chipped) and I was surprised that more were not damaged. Packaging was literally destroyed and re-taped into a mess. Post Office receipted package as 'Received Damage'.

Upon placing my order, I noticed Paypal had used a previous for delivery.
I emailed the hardwareandtools.com immediately to correct the delivery address.
I received and email 24 hours later stating the items were already shipped and nothing
Could be done to change the shipping information.

Glad you stocked such a hard to find item since the COVID-19 situation has created a shortage. I found the price excessive but it goes a long way since it's a concentrate and my 97 year old mother loves it. This was purchased for her and should last a while. Thank you
