It was great. Thought I would need a new griddle but found the replacement cord on your site and it was great. Delivered quickly no hassle.
Limited product types. I couldn't buy the refill so I had to buy 3 bottles.
When the package arrived, 1 of the 3 bottles had a leaky cap and solution drained from the bottle. Some of the drainage was into a plastic bag, the rest into the box itself. My wife was able to transfer the contents in the bag back into the bottle and wound up with approx. 60% rescued. We labeled that "close enough" and decided not to contact your service line.
