While shopping for a GPS I came across a scathing review of this online dealer on a forum, followed by several "Me too!" responses. Figuring there were two sides to every story I contacted the vendor directly asking for his version. I got back a nasty two line response in a huge and bold font. I thanked him for his maturity and will take my business elsewhere! Holy cow, talk about anger management issues!

STAY AWAY from this vendor. Just 1 month ago bought a $300 DVD player, which I never received. No communication whatsoever. Phone does not work, no replies to emails. Claimed with paypal, but they cannot recover the money. The guy can no longer use paypal. Anybody know how to sue the guy? Small claims court?

Ordered a GPS from them. In addition to the charge for the GPSa couple days later they charged my card another $1300 plus on my card. They will not anwer the phone number listed on their customer service page, say the caller is not accepting calls at this time and it goes to a cell phone voice mail. They will not reply to any emails (even thought on their web site it say for fast service email us we are always there) questioning shipping carrier and a tracking number and have stated via email the gps was sent but it has never arrived. Stay away from these guys.

I ordered a television
September 14, 2009

I ordered a television. They charged me $306.94. A few days later, they charged my credit card with an additional $620.83. They have never delivered anything. They have no phone number and will not reply to e-mails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought a GPS from them and found several days later that they had double charged my card and then a day after that they had charged just short of $1000 on my card. They will not anwer the phone and now it goes to a cell phone voice mail. They also have not replied to any emails and have stated the gps was sent but it has never arrived. Stay away from these guys.

Extremely unprofessional. Quick to respond by e-mail but very confusing. Dont leave a contact number because they will personally call and scream obsinities. EXAMPLE: placed an order June 6,2009. As of July 8th, hadnt heard from them. E-mailed looking for arrival time and the more e-mails that flew, the more confused I became. Finnally canceling my order and received a phone call from someone screaming at me and not letting me get a word in edge wise. STAY AWAY from this one! Unless you're a glutton.
