Have been using happy smiles now for over 9 years. Only company out there who sells professional dental whitening systems. The brand I will only use is Happy Smiles 22% as this gave me incredible whitening results. Have tried Polanight but never works as good as HappySmiles own brand. Delivery always fast takes around 4 days. Good packaging. Communications very good. Would only use these guys as they are very professional.
I purchased a kids toothbrush through their website, $60 kids toothbrush. One month later I receive a $13 electric toothbrush, a knock off brand from Phillips. Completely different product, and their customer service is non existent. Been trying to contact them about this issue for a week with no response. Save your money and your time.
It was a good discovery when I first visited HappySmileUK. I needed a tooth filling so I searched on the internet for the dental services and found them. I booked a visit and everything went just fine. Then I had a couple of cleaning and whitening procedures and I'm totally good with this clinic.
My previous review re happy smile several weeks ago described my disappointment in not receiving the goods I had ordered. I was also unable to contact them and after leaving 3 tickets received no response. I was therefore extremely surprised recently to receive an email asking if my items had arrived, when I replied no I received a response saying I would receive a full refund within 7 days. At this point I have to say I was still skeptical but have been pleasantly surprised as the money has now appeared back in my account.
I ordered my product 3 weeks ago! I had received an email from sharon telling me she was sorry for the delay and i would get 20% off my next order, however 2 weeks later i still do not have my order and now no replies to my emails. My first order was lost in 2015, but I re ordered again in 2016 and It was a faster delivery and the products worked a treat. However I was told by Micheal if i changed my review he would be willing to send out my lost order in 2015 to reimburse me, but this was several months ago now and i still do not have it. If you actually receive the products they are very good value but this kind of customer service is shocking.
**PUBLIC APOLOGY** During August 2015 we lost a member of staff sadly to long term cancer. It was a very sad time for HappySmile Dental Supply. Orders were delayed by upto 3 weeks. We make a "public apology" as we were not fully upto "operational" speed during that time. Rebecca had a very young family and left behind two lovely small young children. We did feel very sorry for our team
Member who we all had grown to love over 8 long years. We could of done things different and we learnt from those lessons. It did effect staff morale at that time due to grief. We are very sorry and we do take full responsibility. We did offer a poor customer service experience and delivery was late and this did upset customers during August 2015. We could not publish this public apology at the time as it was such a sad time for our staff at our dental supply company. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.

This company may have delivered a year or so ago but now it is just a con to take your money without delivering any product. Emails will be auto replied despite your message. I doubt if Sharon, "customer service expert", even exists.
The products turned up this morning. Why can't they tell you the likely timescale for delivery and improve their customer communication and mange customer expectations.

I had written a negative review, as it had been over a month and I did not receive my products.
However, I have now received them.
I'd been told, via email, that my order was all received and shipped - but a month later, my account said the order was still 'processing'! Having sent a support ticket to Sharon (and having left a negative review on here), my order has arrived.
I have not used the products yet, so cannot say anything about their quality. I am giving three stars for the patchy service.
Hi guys ordered from happy smile uk I was very pleased I recived my whitening gel two days after placing my order, can't really comment on gel yet as only on day two of usage can say it has made teeth very sensitive. :( which they weren't before I started using the gel. Hoping I see results in a week or so, as they say no pain no gain I am using 16%.

I purchased on Saturday and received an instant email saying it had been dispatched. The postage was 1st class Royal Mail. I received my order on Thursday and according to the postage stamp was actually posted on Wednesday. The fault doesn't lie with RM. But still no big deal. The order that came only had the dental impression kit and not the gels that I had orders. The kit contains plastic trays to which the upper one is too small for me. I've submitted a "ticket" for this and anther "ticket" when I realised I had no gels. They may come later but I don't know why that would be especially when my email stays the order had been dispatched. I've attempted to email but they bounce back because the Sharon@ doesn't receive. That's fine. I'm sure it isn't a scam it just seems difficult to access customer services or get replys (hence why I'm here). I'll leave a following glowing review if all is taken care of.

I purchased on a Saturday and received an instant email stating my product had been dispatched. The order was 1st class postage but was actually dispatched on the Wednesday and arrived the next day. That's fine really. What arrived was only one of two things I order, the custom dental impressions. I'm wondering if the gel will come separately for some reason. I've submitted a ticket because the tray for the upper section is too small and I require a larger. And then another when I realised there wasn't gel but due to the reviews I wonder if I'll actually get a reply. I have no doubt this isn't a scam but I'm still dubious. I got my gel but sadly my teeth have not changed colour at all i did exactly what they told me to do but no change im very disappointed as this was not cheap
Hi Karen. That is sad and very rare. I will give some reasons. 1) The gel has been near a heat source. 2) Check all mouthwashes you use. Certain chemicals in mouthwashes will ineract 3) You might simply need it on longer 4) You might need a higher strength 5) You might need to use more gel in the trays 6) It is very rare but teeth can be a natural offshade colour - very rare though. 7) You could be using medications or have used medications that have effected the dental colour.
