I purchased some items from Halara. I tried to return some items and followed the instructions they sent me. First, they tried to tell me to take a credit. After I said I wanted a refund on my credit card, they "couldn't find" the returned merchandise in the warehouse and consequently, I didn't receive my $177.00 refund. They are continuing to give me the run around. So, unless you absolutely KNOW you want something and there will be no returns, don't buy from Halaria.

At first you think it's the perfect dress based on the ads on TikTok about how it feels like a cloud and super comfortable. But if you don't have the perfect measurements, it's not going to work out. Originally ordered a small based on the measurements and my normal size. It ended up being way too tight in the bust so we asked to return and exchange for a bigger size. They said we could keep the dress if we elected to get a gift card, instead of a refund, which saved us time. We went with the gift card and ordered a size up. Once I tried it on, I cried. It was way too loose in the bust and made it look like my boobs were sagging, the breast pads were warped and didn't sit right. And it made me look bigger than I actually am. I did not feel comfortable or confident in the dress at all. But hey it did feel like a cloud.

They're not as flattering as all the hype. I ordered a medium in the cross over leggings. They look like an extra small. I have to keep pulling them up. My body has a thin waist but I have hips. So the leggings don't conform to my body. Took almost two weeks to get them. Good quality nevertheless.
The return process is impossible. I have sent them two emails with the details on what they asked for in order to complete the return and they respond back asking for the same thing. They have a return portal that does not work when you click on the link. This is just another scam company from China. Stay away!
