Bad service!

I ordered a skirt too big! It cost me 40.85$ I contacted them... They give me just 27$ in credit! So it would cost me more money to order a smaller one. I wrote to them several times. Very bad service! Never again will I order from HALARA!

I purchased over $250 worth of items. None of the items fit so I went on the app to return/exchange. When selecting the reason why I am returning/exchanging, they require 1-3 photos of the item. When I go to select the photo from my gallery, it doesn't upload. I have been e-mailing back and forth asking if I could provide photos in the email and noone has given me an alternate way of doing it. I have told them MULTIPLE times that ALL ITEMS are to be returned/exchanged. The last email sent to me said they would offer me a $56.22 gift card and I can donate or give the items to a friend. I have spent over $250.00... why would I accept a $56.22 gift card? I just want to return the items at this point. I no longer want to exchange them for a bigger size. I am extremely disappointed in how difficult it is to do a return. I do not recommend buying from this company if you are unsure of how their sizes run. I am always careful when ordering online and this is why.

Don't buy HALARA plus size dresses!

I bought 2 of the tennis dresses in a 3x. The front of the dress CONSTANTLY rolls up the outer dress, and looks horrible. The sizing is very wonky in the breast area, I'm a 42F and the top is way too loose, and every time I try to pull it up to adjust it the front rolls up more. If you do purchase from them make sure to keep all original packaging/tags etc. they will not take returns unless you have EVERYTHING and you pay shipping back to China.

I love all of the styles, sales, and overall prices. I also had a good experience with customer service. The only problem I have had so far is the fit of the shorts. I have leggings, pants, and a skirt that fit perfectly. However when I found a pair of shorts that I loved, I ordered my usual size Large. They were way too small so I ordered an XL, and they were still too small. I decided to keep them as I am losing weight currently, but it was weird that the fit was so different than my other products.

I am IN LOVE with these sports clothes! They fit so well, the designs are very cute, and they are so comfy, which is very important for activewear. These clothes can also be worn as everyday summer garments or beach clothes because they are so beautiful. I am very satisfied with finding this store, thank you!

Second time from ordering from Halara because my first order was too small. I love the quality of the clothing however their return policy makes it hard when you order the wrong size based on their EU sizing. I would order your regular US size and go from there. Their return policy is 30 days after you purchased it, you have to send in pictures of the clothing and then you have to create and pay for return shipping, which make it all kind of a pain. Worth the purchase if it's true to your size!

I was skeptical based on social media influencers pushing this brand, so I tried (2) items from the sale tab. Y'ALL WHEN I SAY I IMMEDIATELY ORDERED ALL NEW WORKOUT CLOTHES. The sizing chart was right on and the cut of all items were so complimentary! I immediately started to swap out other name brands (expensive) and replace with Halara, I tell EVERYONE about this brand. The colors were beautiful and again the fabric is like BUTTER ON MY SKIN.

Not easy to return. So frustrated!

I bought two dresses and I have to say that the material is soft and they are good made but I would like that they make the straps maybe like the brassiere or something like that so we can adjust them. I tried return policy, I emailed it and sent a message to customer support and still waiting for an answer. Just hope none one has to return from Halara cause this is so frustrating

Comfortable items if they fit. None of the sizing is uniform though - large in some items and mediums in others… the dresses kind of fit weird and a lot of material bunches up at the top. Don't really suggest this brand for bigger chested ladies. The craftsman ship is decent tho probably around Old Navy quality maybe a little less on raw edged items

Sadly I can't leave a review of the 6 items I ordered for vacation. Has been 19 days and still no tracking information. Halara reached out, but only to say if tracking isn't updated contact us in 2 days. Super disappointed and will now have to shop for a few items since the items I ordered have not arrived. If planning to wear on vacation either order a month ahead or skip halara altogether.

My daughter purchased a gift card for me for Mothers Day. I purchased and tried on the clothes but in the end they were not for me. The material is very elastic so extremely clingy and does not leave much to the imagination. I would not wear any of it in public, so after contacting customer support was given an address to return. They received the product but will only credit back gift card and not my daughters original form of payment! No where on site policy does it say that…here is what it does say… Return Conditions
Item is in good shape, unused, unworn, and contains all its parts with their original tags/package.
Free gifts must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and returned at once.
Lingerie, water bottles, hair accessories, glasses, hats, jewelry, socks, and masks cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner as a form of health and safety. Due to sanitary reasons, we will only accept a return if the hygiene liner is still attached.
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased over 600 worth of clothing, knowing some might not fit or look right. When I go to return the clothing, they offer me to opt out of return shipping costs and keep the clothing instead and receive a giftcard with clothing credit. Now, a week of back and forth later. They are saying they can't do a giftcard and I must return the clothing and pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. Not only that but had to spend over an hour of my time taking picture of their clothing tags to send to them... unreal.

I ordered two halara items that came to $60. I was expecting pretty good quality due to the price and hype. When my order arrived it was awful. The dress was see through the skirt was so short i couldn't bend over or even walk. I asked for a refund they gave me store credit. I asked for a refund saying i didn't want store credit and they told me i'd have to pay all these fees in order to shop my items back. So i ordered again with the stupid store credit and now i have even worse items. I keep trying to give this place a chance but it's totally a scam. Lost $60 on $5 material and clothing
