I'm extremely upset about the leggings I received. I ordered the pet resistant leggings with the criss cross waist band and the tennis skirt. I'm a pet sitter so I thought the leggings would be excellent. At first glance I was totally in love with the products. After wearing the leggings just once I found they were slipping and falling down ALL day. I'm 5'5 117 pounds so I ordered an XS but these pants fit so horribly. The skirt is okay, but after two wears, the shorts underneath the skirt are starting to pill. Highly disappointed and not willing to pay shipping to send this garbage back to wherever it came from.
Halara.com does not give an address to send returns to. The online return portal requires pictures of item to return. Halara.com responds daily by email but does not supply an address. The return policy specifies to NOT return items until following procedures. After several email exchanges from "The Halara Team" NO RETURN ADDRESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED and the latest email from them states they are a " young company" and "cannot supply a return label" at this time. NO ADDRESS has been provided again.
I was really excited to try these leggings out but I should have bought the dress instead. I got the wrong leggings and size and to "return" them is an exhaustingly long process, so I won't be shopping here anymore.

I unfortunately did not get the top because it was out of stock, but halara immediately gave me a refund which was very convenient!
I ordered an item over 2 months ago and still have not received it. I contacted them and they updated my tracking status. Since then, the tracking has still not updated. Waste of 40 dollars. Really disappointed.

I have only gotten two items from halara and im hooked. They both fit perfectly and really accentuated the right places. The material is super comfortable and easy to move in. I love the shorts underneath, its so clever and makes them so much more efficient. The color of blue i got is gorgeous too. The Halara website was really easy to use and the shipping was pretty fast. I was able to track it and see where it was while it was on its way to me.

Keep in mind that they shipped from China so I presume I would have to ship them back to China and deal with customs forms, delays in shipping, etc. I asked for the gift certificate but have not received a reply or a gift certificate.
