Easy to order but then a lot of emails after for sales which is a little annoying.
You need more plus sizes! Other than that, it was easy and the dress seems to be a nice quality.
Everything is pretty much true to size. When I needed to return some items, the customer service responded super fast and were very accommodating. I will be ordering from them again. I love the material!

Good experience overall, but as I mentioned in my product reviews, I have some issues with the waistbands of the products I bought. The shorts had an elasticated waistband which was unclear in the product description on the website, and it digs in terribly, which is disappointing. I wouldn't have bought them had I known they had an elasticated waistband. The leggings were the crossover ones and the waist on them, while not elasticated and doesn't dig in at all, tends to roll down a bit when you bend over. I think a different waistband option that stays up better than the crossover one but doesn't rely on elastic that digs in like the other one, should be made in the patitoff fabric leggings and shorts.
