I submitted a return to be processed over 2 weeks ago. And I had to send them an email to see what the hood up is. They gave me some bull$#*! line of being a new company and would like to offer me a store credit instead of a refund. Their "easy refunds" is a joke! I've never had a problem returning anything with any other company. A refund means I want my money back not a store credit. I will never buy from them again.
