I had gotten a size too small on a few items. I tried to return them but they gave me gift cards instead! This was great!

The first dress was too big. I couldn't return it, but I was able to get credit for a new one. I ordered the size lower using the credit, but had to pay for shipping again. The new one fits better, but still doesn't fit great. I now have to pay to adjust the straps on it to fit properly.

I LOVE their dresses. They fit and look fantastic, great for anything and everything.
The pants themselves fit like all other leggings I own, but the Halara leggings waistband roll down with even the slightest movement. I contacted Customer Service thinking I ordered the wrong size. I was told verbatim that if they are not tight and if they went in with ease that I have the correct size. I am left to assume that i am supposed to just ignore the waistband rolling down. Instead I have them in a bin of clothes to be donated, I will never recommend them, such a disappointment and a waste of money!

I was pleased with my products but I waited approximately a month and a half to get my stuff due to shipping. Be prepared for a wait!
I would not order from this company again it took months for it to come… it was too expensive for the product that it was. It wasn't that impressive and after one wash they are starting to look snagged and crappy. The waist rolls down and the don't give a smooth look like other leggings.
