I was looking for athletic ware that was also very feminine and good quality. I was a little skeptical that I hadn't heard of the site before and most things had very few reviews, but thought I'd give it a shot.
I placed an order and got an order confirmation on April 17,2022. The confirmation said that typical processing time for shipment is 3 business days but then they also asked for patience as they are having high volume of orders. Then, on April 25,2022 I received an email that said my order has been restocked and that it would ship within 3 days. On April 29,2022, I had not received an update on shipping. I contacted them again and asked about a shipping update. I was frustrated and said that I would like a refund, if the items had not shipped. They did give me a refund but offered no explanation of why my items didn't ship after two different emails saying they would ship in 3 business days. If their volume is more than can be handle, then maybe they should slow down on the TikTok Ads... frustrating!

Shipping took forever which was expected, but the true to size was a lie to me. I got a medium and I can't even but it over my thighs :(
Do not believe the 10-14 day shipping promise. Every time you order from them, it will take a month to receive. They will send you an email making up a delay in shipping because the items you ordered are being restocked or on back order. I thought the first time it happened to me was a fluke so I placed a second order and the same thing happened. After talking to two of my friends who ordered from Halara, I realized they do this to everyone! It is to cover for the fact that they're shipping from China. The quality of the products has been decent.

I bought this dress to take on vacation and it didn't disappoint. It's super comfortable, the material is soft and I can wear it anywhere. I wore it casually for shopping and I wore it for date night. Highly recommend you get a couple of these dresses.
If you need to return so. Ething you need to take photos of every single thing. Hlara decides if it will take it back and your only recourse is email. Everything runs too small so you'll need to fight with them to return the goods. Reddit is full of stories from women who had to fight for a full refund. Stay away

My order took too long to get to my house, I spent way too much money just to have what I ordered chill in my closet never to be worn. All of it is too short. Why put shorts in your clothing if your $#*! is still gonna hang out the bottom for the whole world to see?
